Truth Treatment Systems

Hello Marisrla, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, inconveniences with shipping as lost, damaged, or stolen packages are very common. For this reason, we offer multiple shipping options and some of them include insurance. Please check the shipping Terms and Delivery of each service with our Customer Service. Our Customer Service will place the claim with the shipping agent if the insurance applies to the service you chose and they will refund accordingly. Since we noticed that the claiming process with the shipping agents is usually long, they do not always approve the claims and they don't usually refund the complete amount, we offer Power Shipping Protection. With Power Shipping Protection we can immediately solve the issue according to the Terms and Conditions of our site and you don't need to wait for the shipping agent's long claiming process. I hope this information proves to be useful. Thank you for choosing Truth Truth Treatment Systems

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for your review. Have you contacted our Customer Service [email protected]? These new bottles include an "airless" mechanism that was specially chosen to offer you a better experience: perfect dosing, no dripping, ability to dose harder and softer consistencies, dosing of the entire content of the bottle with less residue left, and more hygienic because only the necessary dose is in contact with the environment. However, if your experience with the bottle is not as we planned, our Customer Service will offer you a solution. We will forward this review too. Thank you for trying Truth! Truth Treatment Systems

Dear Carla, Thank you for taking the time to review Truth Treatments! We appreciate your feedback. Truth Treatments are formulated with all-natural ingredients, and the final consistency of the product can vary slightly due to the nature of these raw materials. This variation in texture won't affect the product's effectiveness. Regarding the product quantity, we understand concerns about bottle fullness. If you ever receive a bottle that doesn't contain the declared amount, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected]. It's important to note that some bottles may appear less full because they are designed with extra space to prevent spillage during filling and transport. Thank you for choosing Truth!
