In your previous email, you only mentioned that the bridge of your nose was pressing against your nose, but you didn't mention that the material was sharp. We carefully checked our inventory of your frame, and we personally tried it on, and there was no problem as you described. So it is indeed because the size of the frame at the bridge of the nose may not be suitable for your face shape. As you mentioned, the overall size of the frame is not a problem for you, but the structure of each frame is different. We still apologize for any inconvenience or trouble caused. We offer 30-Day return and exchange. You just need to return the current glasses to our warehouse in TX to do the free exchange and we are willing to bear all the cost to remake the new glasses and reship to you, but you refused. So we proposed another solution, you can keep the current glasses, we will remake the new glasses and reship to you, only charging some processing fee. As your prescription lenses are customized products and the cost is high, we are still willing to bear part of the processing fee, charging only $50. And you agreed.
