I once bought lenses from them which came perfectly and how they should be. Almost two years later I bought the same once again, but they brought up a new system where is now per lense you pay and had on the product buy 1 get two stuff for lenses that had no opacity? I‘ve made the mistake of only having one in my cart and purchasing but I‘ve messaged them right away that I‘ve done this mistake. Fast forward it only arrived one lens pack not pair, I directly messaged costumer service but this time threw a other system, and their they said that that I have two options: pay for lens again with shipping or return and only get 90% back, meanwhile having to pay for shipping and ect. Second one I knew from their returns informations, but having to pay for another lens and shipping for lenses that should‘ve arrived with together since their literally opacity 0 and only 0 as the only option from the product?? And I‘ve been ignored countless times, I’m willing to pay for shipping but the full product?? by support not giving any solutions or real explanations ect just messed up system do to for contacts with 0 opacity. I’m since trying for almost a month to get the other lens.

Great Experience! I've placed five orders now in total

I've been ordering from Uniqso since 2022 and I have never had any issues with my packages or the customer support! Things are always shipped on time and arrived within the specified time-frame, and when I've ordered express shipping, things have always showed up quickly! Because I've only ever had good experiences, I was curious about where the 4.1 score came from but I see that almost ALL of the negative customer ratings come from lack of basic understanding of how online shopping or shipping works and blaming the business for it. (Eg. Things being held at customs. Not following tracking information. Wait times. Not reaching out to the company when things are lost in transit... etc. None of these actually fall on the responsibility of the business.)

I placed my order a few months ago but…

I placed my order a few months ago but I didn’t receive that package yet so well I tried to contact you guys and then on March 7. You give me back my refund but I wait many days for that order. so that doesn’t make me feel so comfortable, I buy it because I want it then I wait a month more but I didn’t receive the package. I think I wait I just wait too long.

Support was lacking

Support was lacking. Shipped late, and was held in customs before being returned to sender. I know that wasn’t my fault, because it happened to my girlfriend and two of our friends too. Paid 40 bucks and only got a refund after I said I’d dispute it with my bank. Wasted time and money, pinky paradise is def a better option

You did not write my phone number, door number or apartment information on my order, so my cargo was waiting at the branch and was returned without my knowledge. Because my phone number was not on it, I was not informed.

I never received my package. No refund.

I never received my package. I input all of my shipping information correctly to find out when checking a confirmation of my order that it was all changed with a bunch of errors. I was refused a refund, even when the situation was not my fault.
