Wished I could give an update

I never got my contacts. They made it to California and have been stuck there for over a month now.

Although responses were a tad slow

Although responses were a tad slow, overall good customer service. My package got stuck at my country’s customs and they were willing to resend my package.

To be honest...

To be honest I had a really amazing first experience I was abit worried I wouldn't get my contacts in time but they actually arrived a few days earlier then expected not to mention they looked great and I had worn then for a long time and didn't experience too much discomfort (I know there will always be alittle after awhile even with eye drops) they also looked great I got lots of compliments on my contacts

Uniqso is definitely the only brand I will be buying from for contacts. They have so many colors and you can choose a prescription. You can even get points for coupons!! Every time I order, my items come on time and in perfect condition. It is more than i could ask for!

Great products and prices

The only negative thing I can say about any experience I've had using Uniqso is the recent change from contact lens sold as a pair to a singular lens. The description on most products still make it very confusing as to if you're ordering a single lens or pair due to most written descriptions still say something like "sold as one contacts lens" which to me and many others I've asked do not really understanding that clearly as to mean a single lens or a single pair of lens

Uniqso Always has what I need! I absolutely love being able to get colored contacts with my prescription without having to pay hundreds. The contacts are safe and feel like you're barely wearing anything at all. Perfect for all of your cosplay needs!

Faulty site and poor compensation

I had two orders of about $55 ordered the 6th of January. I was charged for both of my packages but only one went through their system. I went back in forth with them trying to sort this out and sent evidence of my transactions. After not responding to my proof of transactions for a week I had to email AGAIN for them to get back with me. At that point I asked for a greater discount than the original sale I bought it for (a Buy $60 get $15 off) since it was their system that lost my order and it had been over a month since the initial order. They said they could not do that even though it’s their faulty system. They said I can just buy the contacts again with the original sale but only because it was still going on. I also won’t have these contacts for an event I’ve had planned. I’ve heard great things about these contacts and for this to be my first experience with the company it is an understatement to say I’m disappointed

I ordered two pairs of colored contacts…

I ordered two pairs of colored contacts and received one contact of each color. I have ordered from the site 2 years ago so I trusted it. But now, I won’t be ordering again. I was told it changed and would have to pay for the additional color for “each” eye with 20% off plus shipping. Really?! Who sells one contact?! I am done!

One of the best lens shop

Their lens always come in time, and i love the desings. The price is a bit elevated but I think it's worth the quality of the product. Never give me a problem in any of my eyes, that was one of my bigger concerns. Thank you Uniqso.
