Bought three pairs of contacts for Halloween and ordered them through three day shipping and have yet to receive them and it's been almost a month.

Only 3 stars because of how long my contacts are taking to be delivered. I'm sure they're great otherwise!

Great products and amswome sales but…

Great products and amswome sales but the only downside is the shipping. I get that it come from malaysia but If im paying 8 dollars for shipping for lenses that cost 12 id atleast expect it to be express shipping that take no longer than 3-4 days. As a highschool who likes cosplaying as a hobby it is always hard for me to find cheap materials, uniqso provides safe contacts and its always advertise as the "go to " for lenses because of their quality and quantity. Please fix the shipping prices there should be other affordable prices.

Still not even close

I wanted to get my contacts before Halloween. Ordered with express shipping on sep 23rd and it's now October 7th and they say they are in Malaysia.

I ordered two pairs of contacts about a month ago and even paid for faster shipping. I received a track shipment number but it kept telling me the package can't be tracked. It seems as if the fast shipping isn't even worth it.

Crazy lenses good price

Everything, except trying to use the coupons earned has been a good experience.

Amazing product! Boring contact cases :(

I loved the products I received and am super happy with UNIQSO. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with was the contact cases I received. I typically get cute or unique contact cases for the contacts I receive, but I ended up getting ones that I get from the eye doctor. Of course, I shouldn’t complain because they are free but it was disappointed for sure.

Slow shipping, okay product

I ordered three sets of contacts and they took a full month to arrive, which was annoying just because the website indicated that for the amount I had spent, shipping would be 10-15 business days at most (2-3 weeks). The colors are not as vibrant as they appeared in the pictures, except the green ones which are actually quite bright. Overall experience was not terrible, not great, just average. I might order again in the future just for lack of other options. ETA: UNIQSO did reply to say that order processing time is not included in the estimated shipping time. I am aware of this, and the full month that I referenced was from the time that I received a shipping notification, not from when I placed the order.

The product was exactly as described

The product was exactly as described, however I did think the delivery took too long, it came here by the very limit of when it was supposed to come.

Still waiting almost a month later

Still waiting almost a month later. Not sure what delivery service they use but the tracking is awful. It went from out for delivery to delayed to out for delivery again to rerouted to correct address?! Your telling me they almost delivered my package to the wrong address?! It's out for delivery again but not holding out hope on receiving it

Some issues but still love this company

I got contacts from them and they were amazing, though I got green contacts for my Mitsuri cosplay but it was like bent or something and irritated my eye, but that might of been a bad batch or something, overall I still but my contacts from them!

I ordered September 13

I ordered September 13, it is now September 28th and 3 days ago the shipping was updated, saying it was about to be shipped. It still hasn’t.

Three yrs costumer

Have been a customer for 3yr and they always delivered rightfully. Their products are very nice and the deals are great. But I believe do to recent world changes the company itself has become a bit less attentive to customers, other than said problem great company and good product.

Their contacts are really great

Their contacts are really great, but their customer service isn’t that good. Very slow answers and very hard to get an actual answer to your problem. Also I recently got sclera lenses from them and one of them was broken.

Perfect but not so perfect for the delivery

Even though I had problems with the delivery, it's not UNIQSO's fault, that's on DHL for losing the package momentarily and also not updating their info correctly. I had lost all hope of receiving my package... Overall I'm very happy with all the lenses I got! They're pretty, I can see through them pretty good (even the white ones I was surprised)! Can't wait to put a pair on soon! The package is cute and the fact that they give you the little cases is very nice too! I also got for free another pair of lenses and a very cute little travel kit! But I also ordered 5 lenses sooo maybe that's why?

I still haven’t got my product so I can’t rate you 😂 but I ordered it a while ago like the 7th of September and still haven’t gotten a single update so

1 month of waiting and then a refund

(I’m only still giving this a 3 star because of my past experience and covid) I’ve ordered from them before and they were great, but this time was just frustrating. I understand that covid is still present, but I’ve had very confusing updates about my order and little communication about it. I placed an order on August 11, 2021 knowing that a few of them may be out of stock and would be informed on alternative replacements. I get an email on August 12 saying my package was shipped, that’s great I thought. 11 days later (August 23) I get an email saying that the prescription I wanted was out of stock (???) and I sent them an alternative choice. They didn’t answer any of my questions on an estimate of arrival (I needed them by October), but just went ahead with the changes. Come September 20 (a whole MONTH later; 31 days to be exact) I had to email them twice to know where my order was, just for them to tell me my package was somehow lost in transition and the contacts I requested for the replacement was out of stock??? Why didn't I get an email sooner? I went ahead and just requested a cancellation on the OOS contact, they responded w/an email saying it would deduct the free shipping, which is understandable. I asked them if canceling would the items would allow the other contacts I ordered to come in on time. They again didn’t answer my question and saw my response as an “ok” to cancel the OOS contacts… I just wrote back to cancel the whole order. I didn't wanna deal with possibly another whole month of waiting and there was no way I'd get the contacts in on time now. I did like Uniqso for their nice selections and I’m not even angry, just severely disappointed. I may order from them again in the future, but will be looking elsewhere from now on. [edit] They were faster on responding to refunding my order than on any interaction I had throughout this month.

I always love the contacts that they send and they always come faster than I expect them too which is always a plus. The purple ones are as easy to see in as my regular contacts and the Rengoku ones look just as shown.
