i paid for the fastest shipping (5-10 days) and its literally been a month and my contacts still arent here. im very disappointed.

Purchasing is simple and easy

Purchasing is simple and easy, I wish there was an easier way to tell what was actually available in your prescription because even if you filter it will still show contacts that are out of stock (without saying they're out of stock until you go in and pick you prescription). It's also a little difficult to tell exactly what the contacts will arrive like but the quality is amazing. I'm still currently waiting on my shipment which says it already shipped but I have yet to actually receive it.

Waited over a month

Waited over a month and order never shipped and customer service just replied that they're busy. Only saving grace was that my refund went through after waiting 5 weeks with no shipment.

The shipping is not the greatest

The shipping is not the greatest, but the contacts themselves are awesome.

A bit confusing to order

It was my fault I didn't order correctly. Looks nice but only 1 contact lens had prescription. Will still try this store one more time.

Good customer service

Sadly my package got lost in transit. But I got a replacement order so I am happy with how it turned out. -1 Star because I had to wait an additional 2,5 months for my order. The product is great.

Slow service but received a refund

3 weeks into processing and there were no signs that my order will be shipped anytime soon when I'm in need of them. Understandably as a result of the pandemic, customer service was slow but have managed to get a refund promptly and sought elsewhere.

The delivery process was slow. I didn’t need the contacts anymore by the time they arrived; but they are so freaking amazing!

I received a torn lens, sent them an email with a picture but hasn't heard from them yet.

they’re gorgeous contacts but they turn quite a bit and never stay straight, which i don’t think there’s a solution for. but they were also not the most comfortable.

The Wait

It took a lot longer to get here than the estimated time frame, but it came undamaged and was worth the wait.

They're Good!

Shipped within a reasonable time and the contacts look nice, a tad uncomfortable but its bareable

You guys said it takes 10 days for my package to get here of a one single order of a pair of contacts and it’s taking nearly 20 days and it’s still not here also why are you guys sending reviews out on your products haven’t even arrived yet?

Great products, worsening customer service

Uniqso has an amazing selection of high quality lenses! However, I feel like they used to be more communicative and shipped things out faster. I usually place orders well ahead of my events and let them know the event dates. This time around they took 11 days to ship my order, and I’m worried it won’t arrive in time for my event.

Cute, but...

I really liked the contacts, but it took them a long time to arrive and one of the red contacts arrived torn. i’m really bummed out about it.
