Be careful on preorder

the lenses are great, but be careful if you order preorder as they may be SIGNIFICANTLY delayed. in my case, i ordered a pair in mid august, and i still have yet to get them. BUUUT the lenses are great quality, and non preorder ships within a week at most :)

I was hoping to get my contacts before Oct. 22nd. However I got info that the contacts got damage. I was notify a week before the 22nd. In the email it stated that I can get a refund or exchange. When I emailed back on how long will it take for an exchange since I need it by the 22nd. After 3 days later, all I got was choose your lens on our website. Nothing about, we will put a rush on it once you choose contacts lens. So I emailed for a refund. Still haven't heard anything. I'm very disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting them. Now I have no halloween contacts to go with my costume. So please refund me.

Shipping Nightmare

I ordered roughly a month ago with express shipping, and I'm still yet to receive my order. Make sure to order two or three months in advance for whatever occasion you need these for... Shipping delays are expected during CoVid, especially with the global supply chain disruption, but for express shipping... a month is pretty abysmal.

oh my god like customer service can you just shut it down if you're not gonna respond?? i asked when tf my order will be shipped 4 times after 12 days and no answer, just "viewed" like cool! leaving a customers every message on viewed is very cool!!! I highly suggest not to buy there unless you're in asia or only order in express shipping, but even express shipping they take so so long to ship also don't tell me to email you guys because I already did like 3 times and you didn't reply!! like is it just that hard to ship 2 wigs?

great! really trustworthy and the contacts came in great shape, work really well!! if you’re contemplating getting contacts, do it early!!! i got these for halloween and they took a month to get here, so hurry! their communication could’ve been better too. but nonetheless, the contacts didn’t disappoint!

Lens case broken

The contacts I received are amazing! There was a case for each contact however one of the cases has a leak on the left side and I didn't realize so when I put my contacts in there with new solution it leaked out of the left side and by morning my contact had no solution and was just sticking to the case

The are not answering previous emails…

The are not answering previous emails and not giving me updates of my order. It is a really annoying process.

The wig

I bought a wig and, after 2/3 weeks, I didn't recieved any notice of it. Only the order confirmation. And in the website the wig must be with me in 15/30 days

Little detail, but cute!

Not alot of detail in them, and they're hard to see out if but that was expected since they're mesh, just if you're buying them be aware of that. Despite the fact they don't have much detail they're still cute! They're comfortable once they sit fully flat, if not for the mesh i wouldn't remember i had them in. Shipping took a long time, ordered them in early August and received 14th October, shipping to nz. Overall leave lots of time for them to arrive before you need them and make sure you don't need full vision for anything :)

I don’t know how the contacts feel because I don’t have them yet and I don’t know if they will even show up because of my dark eye color. So this review will be solely on how long it is taking to get here. Other than that I have nothing really to say.

I'm super happy with my purchase! The delivery took 24 days which is fair since I live in Europe and my order was shipped from Asia. I regularly received e-mails with shipping updates. Only at the end I received an email that said there was a delivery attempt fail but that same day I got my package in the mail. I love the free eye contacts + containers and wash container that came with the contacts I bought.

Genuinely frustrated with shipping and support

Usually my go to site for contacts, but I am genuinely frustrated with the company right now. Back on September 4th my partner and I ordered 3 pairs of contacts. We had done so before for our cosplay contacts and had zero issues, yet this time was a lot different. After 3 days we got our confirmation that the package had sent out and it was great! However, for some reason updates on tracking were slow, and after September 20th we received no updates at all anymore. Naturally, I assume the package has gotten lost and check the FAQ, which mentions to contact support *within the estimated two weeks*. I rush to write an email about the package to support October 6th, roughly 2 weeks after no longer receiving any tracking updates, asking if it might be lost. No response. Another email, stating how concerned we were for the package, since time is also running out and we fear they might no longer issue a refund or reship the package, which was our current hope. Still, nothing. Today I've sent another email, stating the same as before. I understand customer support is hard, but surely it doesn't take 2 days to get to one email? We just hope to receive the contacts still, we had the package protection and all. It's genuinely frustrating.
