It's a little confusing to track the packages, and the updates are a little hard to understand as well, but otherwise it's pretty good.

Easy Smooth Transaction. Love my items. Just wish the processing days wouldn't take so long. Even with express delivery its nearly 2weeks from the time you order.

The contacts I ordered work great! They are so vibrant, look really nice (like the picture) and I can see through them well. They don’t hurt at all while I’m wearing them or after I put them on/ take them off. The only problem I would have is that they turn quite a bit, and they didn’t come with a applicator tool like I was hoping, but overall I loved them.

I bought a wig and it was terrible…

I bought a wig and it was terrible design. The hair is in brushable or doable. It's not easy at all to style and wasn't worth the money. I was excited but then I got it and was very unsatisfied. I'll have to throw it away in a month or two. And when I got my box. It was so beat up. Never ordering again. I should have know it was this bad coming from china. Only eye contacts are good. Nothing else.

greta customer service but the products weren’t what i thought

they responded to my emails quickly and helped me with problems on the app but the actual lenses i bought are truthfully very bad. they were supposed to be more natural buts till give color and they do not show up at all which was sad and did not match with the pictures shown of the products.

Only ordered because a certain site wasn't operable amidst covid beginnings.

I bought 2 pairs of lenses from here, pink and light brown, can't remember the names now, buuuut this was almost the beginning of Covid. For some reason my go to contact site wasn't accepting orders from the US but this one was. So I tried it, the pink ones were ok, a little harder than usual, but the light brown ones were better, a little too much. They kinda tore, they were VERY flexible and breathable, but it may have been because I like to abuse contacts. Maybe great for short-term, not good for long. Forgot to add the shipping took a VERY long time.

Pretty good, not amazing

The shipping took a little longer than I'd like but otherwise UNIQSO is great! On some of the cooler looking contacts the inventory seems to be a bit picked over though

The shipping tracking hasn't updated in a week and my order Is over do but id change my review when or if I get my contacts

I did not receive what I ordered

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered -4.25 for my right eye and -5.25 for my left eye. I was informed that they did not have -5.25 and would give me -5.50 instead. I agreed and sent in my prescription only for the contacts to arrive with only the left eye to have power in them and the right eye to have no power in them. I feel very inconvienced by this and I just want the contacts I ordered or my money back.

I bought 2 lenses

I bought 2 lenses. One of them are damaged. I wrote with the service and they say: we send you a new lens but you need to buy another one.

Waited 2 weeks past estimated date

The clothes were nice but the delivery time was horrid. I was waitng 2 weeks pass the given time with no update on anything via tracking. Everything on the site is not consistent as far as sizing so go in with your measurements. I bought from medium to XL and everything fits thankfully. The clothes I got fit and are as pictured so generally I'm happy with it but it was definitely soso service
