To clarify, the contract was signed yesterday and during peak season we require at least one week’s notice to schedule pickups. A 24‑hour pickup after signing isn’t possible at peak times; our operations manager will confirm the earliest available pickup date. We apologize for the poor coordination and the last‑minute change. Your shipment was shipped from Chennai in December under a consolidated container service, where shipments are routed through major gateway ports such as New York / Newark before final delivery in San Diego, which is standard in international groupage shipping. Transit for such shipments typically ranges between 12–16 weeks, depending on port handling, customs clearance, and domestic transportation scheduling. Our Operations Manager, Shanbaz, along with our customer service team, has been in regular contact with you and has been providing weekly updates while coordinating closely with our California office.
