I do love most of items advertised

I do love most of items advertised. I’m 5,5 142pd. I find size s fits best. When I order a suit jacket med fits better for arm length. Sometimes when you order 2piece set they are mailed separately but no worries not long wait.

Delayed arrival

I was disappointed the tops arrived separately and the second took much longer in its shipping process.

Excellent Designs

The items purchased are excellent. Great quality, beautiful designs and not to mention the most excellent Customer Service. Their service is executed in an exemplary fashion. Just as fashionable as the styles they create.

Horrible

Horrible, do not buy from here. Clothes look nothing like advertised and they refuse to provide an address when you try to return. They continually tell you it’s expensive to ship to China and offer a tiny amount to refund. Absolutely not worth it, complete fraud.

Love your clothing line however order number 77591 I received I believe two items from the order the rest of my items I’m still waiting on. I receive order number two and three order number four I have not received as of yet there’s no tracking numbers to locate where my items is that I purchased these clothing that we are doing the holidays. I have nothing to wear still and now I have to go out and find new outfits. Unacceptable

Scam Alert!

This company deserves a -10! They are a scam!! The clothes are cheap, look nothing like the pictures and you’ll end up spending money to return anything. There is no Customer Service, no phone number, no order numbers only sporadic emails which drag on. Please do not order from this company! They have stolen money from me because what I returned after spending $110 to get through customs they still have not returned my money and are actually asking for more. Unfortunately, I have no recourse with this company except to warn others.

It took a very long time

It took a very little mg time to receive the item and it doesn't fit. Sending back for a refund.

Very bad company

Very bad company, the worst online shopping company I have ever experienced. The clothing styles and quality are not matching as I saw from website, shipment delayed, CS is not supportive, when asked for Refund, no more reply from the company

I was a bit unnerved that when I bought 2 dresses and tried to track the shipping process that it was all in Chinese. There was no box to change to English, that is not good. I did receive the dresses and each time I emailed the company, the response was quick and helpful. The dresses are exactly what I was looking for, good quality material. This balanced out my initial experience.

Do not trust this Chinese company. Trust American companies.

I ordered two dresses from Uoozee. They did not fit well so I wanted to return the dresses. I called their Customer service and they indicated that I needed to return them to their office in China. The site did not mention where to return the dresses. Instead the company offered me $20. Later they emailed me that they would give me $40 and, I could keep the dresses. I have no use for the dresses and I insisted I'd return the dresses and they would pay my postage to return the dresses. I have yet to hear from them. I am very frustrated. All I want is the money I paid for the dresses and a prepaid label so I can return the dresses to their office in China. Uoozee company cannot be trusted.

A gem

This is the best clothing line (and shop). Never seen anything like this before. So many amazing clothes at such affordable prices. A true gem!

Returns are impossible.

My wife ordered over $900 of clothing, did not like it and tried to return it. Uoozee said all returns must be shipped to China, offered us $400 to keep the order. I insisted on returning and followed their instructions exactly. After several months, the packages were returned to me from China. Postage was over $200. Customer service again offered $400 and I agreed. It is now several months later and we have not received the $400 refund. They promise easy returns but returns are impossible. Customer service no longer responds to my emails. Beware of this company.
