Bad experience with staff.
We booked our luggage storage at the "New style Council Gamla Stan", and paid for the booking in the app beforehand. When we arrived at the location, the man working in the shop told us that there was no space left for our luggage. We told him that we had already paid, and asked him how we could refund, which he did not know. After discussing with him, he eventually agreed to take us to the storage room. We could clearly see that there was plenty of space for more luggage in this room. It is also worth mentioning that he had the excact same discussion with the people before us in the queue, and when we left he was in the process of telling the same things again to the people behind us in the queue. From this experience we got suspicious that this is used as a method to gain more money for the staff working there.

The location was less than 50 meters from the bus going to the Airport. The people working in the supermarket were very friendly and helpful. No need to worry about the size of you suitcase, no hassle with entry codes or lockers. All in all a perfect solution for temporarily storing your suitcase.

Horrific from beginning to end
Absolutely horrific from beginning to end. First of all, I had issues with the reservation. The process requires you to pay first and then sign up. I clicked on “Sign up with Google,” but the page simply reloaded to the front page and did not show my reservation. No confirmation was sent to the email address I signed up with either. Then, at the kiosk ( Alexanderplatz 1) the staff member was rude, arrogant, and extremely condescending. He was also overly familiar with my friend and spoke to her in a disrespectful and condescending manner. His attitude was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. On top of that, I was forced to pay for two additional pieces of luggage, even though I had selected 10 pieces of carry-on luggage during the booking. The reason was that some of my friends had two tote bags instead of one large carry-on. This made absolutely no sense and felt like an unreasonable way to charge us extra. And for such a poor level of service, the price was outrageously expensive. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish, and absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend this service at all.

Very convenient
Very convenient. Drop off about 11:30am was at a phone shop convenient to the city centre near all the main shops, cafes etc Meant I was able to get around easily without a very large suitcase. Pick up about 5:30pm straightforward and near a place where taxis stopped. Got a taxi to the docks for boarding overnight ferry to Liverpool

We felt extremely comfortable handing over our luggage for storage for a week while we fly to a safari. The location, not revealed until you have completed the request and paid, turned out to be highly protected and secure, as well as very convenient to our hotels (one hotel when we left and a different hotel when we returned). It was quick, staff was very friendly, and very secure.
