Superb location for leaving luggage following early hotel check out- to do a day trip to the isle of Wight. The shop happily took our luggage at 9am before the advertised 10am opening time.

Location was very easy to find. Easy to drop off luggage and very easy to pick up. I would highly recommend if you are traveling and you cannot leave your bags somewhere safe to use Bounce.
The process was easy
The process was easy. They open at 10, but we were there at 9:30 and he opened shortly after that. The baggage fee isn’t horrible. I think for 4 bags we paid $32 with the extra fee. The bags are placed behind the counter and left in the open. There aren’t any tags or tickets to prove they are yours. The location was easy walk to space needle, seattle center, chuhily glass museum and garden. We took the monorail to the train to the airport after for an economical way to leave Seattle at the end of the day.

Great location close to Gare Montparnasse train station. Take bicycles which was critical. Straightforward drop off and pick up.

Friendly staff conveniently located. Scanned QR code upon arrival, I was expecting secure lockers but that was not the case, they were stored under a side table. Upon collection, scanned QR code again and noticed our bags were not labelled, we told them which were our own. A labelling system would have been a nice addition considering no lockers. That being said If I am leaving nothing of value or irreplaceable I would use them again.

Easy and convenient service to use when exploring a town without having to lug your luggage around or leave it in your car in full view. But if you have a car, check which locations it’ll be easy to park near before booking if you have lots of luggage.
Poor instructions on locating store
Poor instructions on locating store. When I checked out my bag Bounce said that I hadn't collected it and threatened me with extra charges if I didn't follow their link and check it out myself, which then forced me to download their app and set up an account. Really dirty move. The staff at the storage itself were great, but they are nothing to do with bounce itself
