Good location for us to drop off/pick up as we had accommodation near the shop, but it is cobbled street and not fully accessible by car, so be aware of that. Staff were super lovely, the whole process was easy from booking to collecting, provided clear info via email and definitely felt the bags were save there. Will use again in other cities. Being new to Bounce I checked with a …
Being new to Bounce I checked with a hostel in the area the evening before to see if it was a reputable service. Today when I wanted to book, it was no longer on the map, so I had to go to another place nearby, which was very poorly signposted and difficult to find (while carrying! 20kg of backbags) Payment was a problem because of two-factor authentication; if I hadn’t had my PC with me, I would have had no chance to use the service at all. Where have the days gone when there was simply a left-luggage facility at the local station and local businesses in Europe hadn’t yet been driven out by some pointless U.S. yuppie-startup-apps like Bounce or Uber. Here we really do despise everything from the U.S. especially when it destroys our traditional businesses and leaves us no choice than to use their money-grabbing services. ... and their current president is no exception.

Terrible Service in Melbourne
Terrible Service in Melbourne. Zero stars! Paid for my booking, Bounce took my money. They cancelled my booking and did not refund my money. I also had no where to store my luggage. Bounce had my reference/booking number and asked for further details. When I gave them the requested details, Bounce said there was nothing they could do. Yet they still have my money. Bounce is a pathetic SCAM. Did I mention they still have my money?!? D!ckheads

Safe place to leave your bags!
Well is a good location close to Termini, easy to check in and check out! And the most important my bag was there! Also I shared a not so good feedback today about the check in and they apologized for sure was an employee today were 3 nice people, so that’s why I give 5 stars!
App Hides Necessary Info
App doesn't let you see the location of the storage spots. It knows your Airbnb location, so presumably it gives you spots near your rental. We picked a spot that was miles away from our rental. Horrible experience, total ripoff.

The location was handy for the train…
The location was handy for the train station, just around the corner from the main entrance. I was a little unsure about leaving valuables in my bag, because the set-up didn’t seem ultra-secure. It’s a store room at the back of a little shop with no lockers or anything like that; but I risked it, and everything was returned to me present and correct. The process was quick and straightforward, and the staff were polite. So no complaints in the end, despite appearances, and much cheaper than the station’s left luggage counter.

Drop off and pick up was smooth and the location is perfect since it's a 3 min walk from Seoul Station. The staff was very helpful and extremely easy to work with. They speak Korean and English so it is very convenient. Definitely would use them again and will recommend to everyone!!
