If I could give 0 stars I would do!! I feel furious as I have been scammed by BOUNCE today in Cork, Ireland. Bounce have incorrectly listed Cork Opera House as a drop off/luggage storage facility with excellent “fake 5 * feedback” My payment was accepted and my card was registered by bounce for regular payments without my knowledge. I arrived at Cork Opera House to be told they don’t offer this service and have had a few other people turn up with their luggage having also booked this service. They said they have tried to get this listing removed from Bounce without success which is terrible. Not only was I out of pocket €9 I had to carry my bags around for the rest of the day! I will never use Bounce again nor would I recommend.

Perfectly located beside airport bus stop. 10 minute walk to beach so it’s great to spend another day at the beach if you’re checking out of your accommodation but have a late flight as we did. Def recommend. Quick, easy, efficient, inexpensive service. Thanks.

Location was good. Suitcases were put in a closet next to register in super market. Not locked up in any way. I didn't feel comfortable leaving any valuables.
