Great experience, being able to book online is and choose the best flights that suit your needs and budget, however I chose a flight from Perth to Melbourne on price and later realised it had a stopover in Adelaide. Is it possible to change the flight from Perth to Melbourne, to a direct flight. Thanks.

Very difficult to read the app and my ticket due to extremely small print and being bombarded with adverts! In addition I don't recall being offered any way of reserving seats or meals before the flight. I would recommend My Trip instead, which is much clearer and easier to use, and where you can reserve seats and meals before paying for the ticket.
