Customer support is fast to respond, but that’s where the positives end. There is zero proactivity and no real attempt to help solve the issue. I never felt understood or supported, and no concrete solutions were proposed. In the end, I had to figure everything out myself — researching German law, contacting the tax authorities, and finding answers on my own. A customer support team should do more than just reply quickly; it should actually help. This experience was disappointing and frustrating.
