Is this a scam? I am still waiting for my delivery since December 2024
I bought and paied for my shisha on the 12/27/2024. It's already February 2025 and I am still waiting for it to be delivered.
Customer services doesn't replay to my messages nor emails.
They have my money but I am empty handed. 😡
I feel cheatted, scammed, ripped off.
I lost trust in this Company and would not recommend people to buy from them.
They have my money and my product! I am empty handed.

The deliverery number was given for DHL but not showing valid so I emailed the company and they quickly replied saying it was for the Royal Mail so when I checked it turns out the items had been delivered to my safe place so really can't fault the company and will definitely be using again due to the cheap prices

Fake US Zyns, these taste nothing like the real US counterparts (I’ve been to America & tried them). The pouches are pitch white but they should have brown spots in them. Gives me awful heartburn & definitely throwing in the bin.
