had issues on my end that their customer service were quick to resolve, a very positive experience overall & way cheaper than what the resellers were asking because I presume its closer to the source 🤷🏻‍♂️ anyway buy with confidence

avoid this company

dreadful company ordered 2 months ago vapes and coils..they sent just coils..completely the wrong ones had to send back and wait,,then few weeks later after endless emails from then saying they will sort it and all would be sent together I then received just the vapes no coils..still waiting last email said they would contact warehouse thats over 10 days ago now they are ignoring emails so i have sent one saying refund for missing items or im contacting bank for a chargeback...avoid company at all costs

I have ordered from Vapesourcing several times now, and they have definitely become my go-to supplier. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered quickly, and the products have consistently been of excellent quality. I have always been very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Vapesourcing to others.

I have had to wait a week and a half…

I have had to wait a week and a half for any update on the delivery and this was not from vapesourcing themselves it was on the royal mail tracking system. I have repeatedly asked for updates. So to give you a break down ordered on the 23rd at 10am wasn't dispatched til 5.30pm on Thursday even though states same day dispatch. It's now the 2nd oct and only just got an update on royal mail that they have received at 9.11am in Birmingham. Last contact I had with vapesourcing was 29th to say they would check. And still not had them delivered had to pay delivery on this one to supposed to be 48hr. What a joke wont order from them again.

There is only one promotional offer…

There is only one promotional offer code allowed per order which doesn't help as some of thr flavours aren't available and when I am doing an order I like to try and get the flavours my partner likes and the value for money. As there isnt alot of the flavours available and they are out of stock i have to look at other ramges of vapes and the offers change on those. As they are ones he hasnt tried beforw its a pot luck risk if he like the other ones. I find this abit unhelpful.as if i had to put it on another order I then have to pay 2 deliveries or wait for next time if i purchase anymore.

Lies about stock to avoid refund

I placed order for 4 items with vapesourcing.uk on 5th September. 4 days later I was contacted by their customer service team to advise that 3 of 4 items were out of stock and I should pick replacement items instead. I asked (on same day) that my order be cancelled completely, as I could source same items elsewhere. Again on the same day the customer service team advised me that the items were actually in stock again and that I could not cancel order as it was in dispatch already. So within 24hrs the items have been out of stock, then suddenly in stock and even dispatched. But after checking the tracking details provided the courier states they are awaiting package. There has been no changes on tracking 16 days later. Very unprofessional company that would rather lie than issue refund. I have not been able to recieve contact from the customer service team again. I would not advise buying from this site. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM VAPESOURCING (more lies). On review of the email thread, I have vapesourcing advice for out of stock items sent to me on 8th September at 9.55am. I responded to this with cancel request at 9.58am. I only got further response on 9th Sept to advise items in stock and in dispatch. This advice that items were in dispatch was clearly lies, as courier only posted yesterday as having recieved the order. I ordered on 5th of September with the company, then 8th Sept told told out of stock. 9th Sept advised items in stock after I requested cancel/refund. Now order finally showing as with courier from 21st Sept. Again, my advice would be to avoid vapesourcing due to lies and unprofessional stance to customers.

I order a vape from uk vape sourcing and its been 4 working days i haven’t received my order yet . And on there website its says your order is complete and its says we send it through royal mail i didnt get any message from royal mail so its scam dont buy from this website please

I don't think I have ever been lied to , fobbed off , blatant porky pies . AI ? Ordered a simple o ring for my unit ( paid stupid postage fee ) was told " use tracking !" it basically said " yeah they've paid postage " messaged a good 5 times , " we will ask the warehouse we are moving " ..... Ok so it takes 5 weeks to move does it . Then told " if we cannot find it in warehouse we will refund you ! ... Then I asked " for the item or refund " we will issue refund let me look in warehouse .... Total and utter BS

Really happy with my experience with this website, everything was straightforward from ordering to delivery and the website itself is really easy to use. The product arrived well packaged and exactly as described, and delivery was quicker than I expected. Overall, the service was reliable, the quality was great and I’d definitely use this site again.

Absolutely Abysmal Company

Absolutely Abysmal Company, Can't do their jobs, sent wrong items out, when told, they refused to send out correct items. Shouldn't have to compensate for their companies ineptitude, shouldn't have to send back the incorrect items as not my fault and their customers service is an absolute waste of time. Only responded when threatened and lied to my bank saying they had sent the correct items. Very disreputable and would warn all other people away from this scammer and fraudster. Absolutely disgusted with these charlatans.

Delays delays delays

Confusing company ordered a yocan mod box 3.0 delivery days 3-4 days dispatched within 24 hours I emailed asking when it will be dispatched the response was they are moving warehouse so expect delays then u should state this at the point I’m ordering not when I’m waiting for the parcel emailed back asking for a day or specific time they’ll be ready to ship my parcel and the response was this week and be patient but why should I, u should inform your customers about these delays or offer to cancel the order and get a refund simple really
