Ive always had issues with delivery it states 48 hrs from royal mail but always later . Asked for a replacement or refund still waiting to hear back - 2 days later. get one message a day - no other way to contact them. AVOID

The response felt evasive and unhelpful, and I got no clear resolution — no replacement, no refund, no real explanation of where the 2 cartridges went. If a discount code isn't valid with certain promotions, that should be stated clearly at checkout, not used afterward to dodge a missing-item complaint. Poor communication and no accountability for a straightforward shipping error.

Extremely Slow in dispatching orders. Says delivery is 3 to 4 days. However my first order took 6 days. My second order has taken them 3 days to dispatch it. And it hasn’t actually been delivered or collected as of yet by Royal Mail today Friday when ordered Wednesday! I Made an order witch was cancelled claiming this item was out of stock when the item is still displayed and shows plenty of stock to cover my order 10x times over!
Ordered from them delivered wrong item got intouch with them and no way Will thay exchange the item after waiting for over a month for delivery.do not use waist of time.
