ABYSMAL AT BEST!

Unacceptable! 72-hour delay and an unapproved delivery downgrade. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you expect a company to honour the items and shipping tier you actually requested. ​My experience with Vapesourcing UK has been nothing but disgustingly frustrating. They advertise guaranteed delivery standards (DPD Next Day / Royal Mail Tracked 48), but their internal processing completely invalidates this promise. ​I ordered on Tuesday, "before the afternoon cut off to ensure delivery is processed the same day" —according to their company policy; I explicitly selected DPD Next Day delivery. Without my consent, their back office automatically changed this to a Royal Mail 48, and charged me accordingly [maybe a glitch in their system, they will argue.] Furthermore, it took them 72 hours just to process and fulfill the order, which required a 48-hour argument with a customer service representative named "Joey" —where I had to manually screenshot and send them their own company terms & conditions—just to get them to fulfill the order. A customer should not need to "bully" a company to fulfil their legal obligation in keeping with UK Trading Standards. I'm entirely expecting [as I have read] to receive any vape as opposed to the ones which I have ordered. ​Due to their utter incompetence, an order that should have arrived on Wednesday [Thursday, at the latest.] I requested next day delivery, because I NEEDED the items next day, now I'm left without my items or any vapes for that matter for a further 4 working days. Ridiculous!

Specifically ordered 2 bubbles glasses for my blaze solo 2 rta and was sent 2 normal blaze solo bubble glasses when asked to return the item for a refund i was told I would have to pay the return shipping fee and was not told if I would get my original shipping fee back . I do not recommend this website

I ordered a Vaporesso Nano Eco plus replacement pods and the vape had a faulty tank pod and only found out by using a replacement one, i informed their support, they requested video proof, which i provided, then nothing apart from a rate your experience email, no replacement or anything, i do not recommend this company, they did not deliver full working goods but took and kept all the money i paid, won't be using again. Update, Took a week to get back to me, offered £4 rebate which i thought would be put back into my bank like i paid with but they put it into their wallet tied to the store, and when i said there isn't anything i want to buy for 4 pounds, they emailed i could use it by spending more with it on their store, after this nonsense, and i wasn't given a choice anyway, then wanted me to change my review to a good one, I wanted a replacement working Tank like i paid for and they haven't replaced it and are trying to con me, avoid is still my advice

I bought some items on the 13th April. They sent me wrong ones. I returned them and so far no refund, or correct items received. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible customer service. Will try to redeem the money through my bank.

Ordered my items on the 4th April

Ordered my items on the 4th April. No update on tracking or delivery, sent msg to see what was happening . Only getting a couple of words answer ,saying resourcing items Customer service is really bad . Still waiting for my order . Have repeatedly asked for order to be cancelled and my money refunded. No reply to these refund request. Will not be using this company again . Awful service ,awful customer service . My recommendation is to completely avoid this company

Ordered a vape wish i had used another company …

Ordered a vape from them told it would be delivered 7 to 14 days . Got a tracking NO tried to find out where it is upto and still waiting to be dispatched that was on the 3 of April sent emails but all I get back is the tracking NO and a message it's waiting to be dispatched no help with anything it's over a month now sent email asking for money back now waiting for them to get back to me. EVERYTHING SORTED 24/4/26

WTF just happened here?!?!

I bought a vape device and some extra pods and I was sent two boxes of pods for a completely different device that I don't even own. Sent them an e mail reporting the situation and I'm waiting for the answer and eventual a positive outcome for this. Nevertheless it's a gross mistake because my purchase has nothing to do with what I got from them.

usually have items in a few days from the UK warehouse. This one took 11 days.

Warning do not pay extra for next day…

Warning do not pay extra for next day delivery. Each time I have ordered from this company I have paid an extra £5.50 for next day delivery they always sent by evri and taken over 4 days to arrive. I have placed 15 orders and this has happened every time. I have since been contacted and explained that next day delivery is not available for small packages so upped my stars.
