I feel it’s important to spread my experience with a company known as vape sorcing .uk so that nobody else is robbed the way I was robbed by this American company I made a purchase on 08/01/2024 and after one week of patently waiting I asked for a tracking number that came but after much pestering their customer service leaves much to be desired  the parcel tracked fine until the airport at which point, the parcel was lost and never reached the hands of Royal Mail I’ve asked for a refund countless times in accordance with with my consumer rights to no avail it seems the company tactic is to deny there is a problem. I have an active claim with my bank. I have all the faith in my bank if you want to stay save ovoid this company and the .com there the same gang based in china

Unfortunately i ordered the wrong item, as soon as I opened the box, I realized my mistake. I immediately emailed them to request a return label. No response. So the following don't, I again sent another email, yep, again I didn't get the consideration of a reply. So, again I sent another email, and ....... no reply. Now I'm getting really cross, so I'm sharing my experience, I'm the hope that nobody else gets conned out of a LOT OF MONEY
Surprise, surprise I got a reply ....I can send the item back at my own cost.....to China. The words you're having a bloody laugh !!! So, I'm stuck with a product I can't use, can't afford to send back, and the reply has attachments that are NOT readable. BUYER BE VERY WARY

One star is too high of a review more like -1* total scammers. Paid for my goods and extra for DPD delivery. Nothing arrived so I contacted them and was told they didn’t have the item. I asked for a refund and was eventually sent what I can only describe as a fake receipt stating that a refund had taken place, not to my account it hadn’t. Total scam merchants avoid at all costs or you will be out money for nothing

Completely useless company, I tried making a purchase. I tried five times yes, FIVE times and it didn't go though. Yet I got charged for them all. Got no confirmation email at all, and customer service is awful.
I would highly recommend that you avoid this website at all costs.
They cant even issue a refund to me. So now trying to go through my bank, to do so.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I Purchased an item, 5 days later I asked for an update and was told the item has been discontinued and that I was entitled to a refund or to choose another item and pay the difference.
I have now asked for a refund 6 times and keep getting the same reply as follows:
Would you please kindly consider again to choose another item as a replacement?
They are refusing to refund an item they had listed and sold which they now say they don't have.

SCAM! Charged four times for incomplete order!
I was charged four times but no confirmation email was received and the order is not showing up on my account. This is on the UK website (although payment seems to go to the US entity). I am furious! What a SCAM!
Update: they responded saying they respond within 8 hours to a review which was posted 8 months ago. I think this tells you what you need to know.

This company is a scam!Everything i bought was from UK warehouse.Invoice which i was suppose to pay was in British Sterling.And suddenly you find out you are charged conversion fees into USD.Item has not arrived even after week.Is not even in this country yet.Even though its advertised as being in UK.Every single thing about this company stinks of fraud.Had to change my bank card.Not responding to cancellation request which i placed before item was even shipped.I will get my money back.And will make sure the word will spread about this scam.Lowlifes from wherever absolutely desperate make a BUCK and trying this over here.I have to be respectful in here.But these C@@@S dont deserve any. And should not be allowed to do any business.BEWARE OF THESE COWBOYS!..AND YOU,DO NOT REPLY.You better pay up back,in sterling and to the last penny.Dont you dare blame royal mail and strike,as this is absolutely NOT affecting them to receive a parcel,which you have not even sent.

I've received error massage that the payment was succesfull but order was declined because adress didn't match the post code (it was good). I've send them an email but then I could not login to my account, it shows that my email is not in their database.
They scamed me and blocked after payment...
