I ordered here 3 times before, there was no problem, but now i ordered at August 19., and haven’t even recieved a shipping e-mail from them. Since then, I wrote to all the e-mails i could find of them, but no replies yet. Before this, it has arrived in 2 weeks. So im hoping they see this and something happens.

Price/quality of Twins Pro is just perfect. My only negative experience is that I was not notified that some of the ordered items were not available in EU warehouse, so I had to wonder why the delivery was getting late. However, the support was very good and we resolved the issue within a day.
