Not what I ordered - misleading proofs & picture

I made an order for metal keychains and confirmed the proofs and a picture of the product looked good. But both the proof and the product were misleading. No one at any point mentioned that I was to specify the colour of the metal, or that it was even an option to choose the colour. In the end, I got a product that was subpar, looks cheap and not at all what I paid for. The only resolution provided was to pay again (which I was not about to do after this first order) and to have the order redone. Poor customer service if something goes wrong. I won't be ordering from here again.

Decent Expereince.

Customer service was good overall. Sometimes the responses were a bit slow, but overall the team was knowledgable and educated. The product output was so good. I was attracted to them from thier website. I did not like they way they shared their production images. They were poor quality images and you could not see the details and understand your product easily. This needs improvement.

Good communication but...

Good communication but unfortunately all of the pins I ordered came with problems, such as, scratches, bubbles in the epoxy, holes, and line art that was heavily skewed or not showing. The pins are nice to look at without close inspection, they're shiny and bright. As I mentioned in the title, the communication was amazing! The design proof, price guide, and speed was perfect and very fast. However perhaps that's why these pins aren't the best, maybe they were rushing to get to me the pins quickly. I would have been more than happy to have waited longer to get a better result if that's the case. So, my advice for this company in the future is to take more time whilst in production of making the pins and try to avoid having so many imperfections. I have hope for this manufacture, so I'll be sure to see what other people say about them in the future. However, until this improves, I will be going elsewhere. Edit: Shout out to Eve! They were an absolute delight!

The service is great

The service is very great, Mia, is available and flexible about our ideas. We ordered few pins, the quality perfect and we are very happy. Meanwhile, we ordered 120pcs and get only 110. And the delivery with FedEx have some problems but not due to VastGifts. Gustave

made 3 orders. 2 of them arrived well but one was sent with the incorrect shipping information. The team did not help us at all to fix the problem and we had to pay for the redirection ourselves. Very disappointed with the large amount of waiting time

Faster communication. I literally asked so many times to post express at my expense. Didn’t meet deadlines. Didn’t get a copy of the file. Odd currency for a foreign country? Quality product but all of the above outweighs the items because I didn’t have them in time

More than half arrived defective

I ordered 2 designs from them. They arrived and half of the batch were defective. Most of the defects includes dents, scratches, uneven filling, and this weird texture on the surface of the pin that I was never able to clean off. I am no expert in pin making but I am sure the reason this happened was because they rushed the production and didn't allow enough cure time. Fortunately, when I told them they arrived defective, they told me they would replace all defectives for free together with my next order. Good recovery. However the new batch also had the same issue. There was this weird surface texture on the pin, kind of like it was covered in plastic. There were still dents and scratches but less than before. I was still quite disappointed with the quality and will not be ordering from them again.

Overall a good experience

we have worked with Vast Pins for quite some times and have made a lot of orders with them. Overall it's been a good experience, although it happens that the defected pieces ratio are quite high, we appreciate that they're responsible and have always replaced them. Nicole, the lady we are working with also response quite fast, which we believe to be a good quality. Keep increasing the quality of goods and service. Thank You.
