Vast Gifts 100%, Hilda Wang the MVP
Outstanding service from Hilda Wang at Vast Gifts. She kept me updated every step of the way, from order confirmation to production and shipping. Her communication was prompt, professional, and reassuring. My pin arrived exactly as promised and the entire experience felt personal and seamless. Highly recommend both Hilda and Vast Gifts.

Incredible journey with them
Quick production, fast shipping and not too expensive. It’s a really trustworthy site to do business with if you need a custom goodie. Charles Z. was really friendly and gave me fast reply through the process from A to Z. I receive my order only 1 week after my first contact with them! 100% satisfied and recommended 👌🏻 Henry C.

This was my second order from Vast Pins, and I’m very happy with both the quality and the price. The customer support was excellent. Serena guided me throughout the process and was very helpful when we had trouble deciding on the colors. Shipping was incredibly fast as well. I would highly recommend them.

It's the second time I have to work with VastGift and it's always very good, they answer fast and it's feels like you speak with a friend I hardly recommend Suen from France !

I asked to Olivia Guo for an help and she guided all my experience with the production of the pins, from the desing to the final product. I also asked for a very short amount of time and she send it to me in less than we said. I raccomended it for everything!

Positive experience, excellent communication and quality.
I have now placed several orders with Vast Gifts, both large and small. From the moment an order is placed through to delivery, the level of communication has been excellent. The products are of high quality, delivery is reliable, and the team is always extremely responsive to any questions or requests. A special mention to Olivia Guo, who represents the business exceptionally well. Olivia has been professional, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Vast Gifts if you’re looking for quality products with excellent customer service.
Fantastic product and service - highly recommend!
Fantastic product and service - highly recommend! Willa Yu was fantastic to work with - always very prompt with staying in touch and really helpful for the design phase. I was initially a little worried about designing something like this online but the process was seamless and the product was exactly as shown in the finalised photo.
The product was exactly what I ordered
The product was exactly what I ordered, the quality was what I was expecting and even better. Shipment on delay. Really great experience.
Command of 200 pins
We ordered 200 pins and were in contact with Carol Chen. She was very understanding of our limited budget, responded quickly to our messages, and managed to send us the pins in record time because we placed our order late and needed them quickly. The result is perfect, and the pins are high quality! We are grateful for this efficiency! We look forward to ordering from you again!
A fantastic experience
A fantastic experience. I wanted metal pins for my science team using a logo one is our student's had drawn. Vast put together concept drawings for us very quickly, were happy for us to iterate a couple of times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, then sent them on to us, with the whole process taking less than a month, including a lot of slow responses on my side. The pins are exactly what we wanted, and were at the quoted price, which was much cheaper than other options (eg Etsy). The quality was very good, with lovely detailing. They were very good at keeping in touch and taking care of the customer. Overall, I would without question order again, and would recommend in a heartbeat.
I had the pleasure of working with Nora…
I had the pleasure of working with Nora Xue who was key in me creating and placing an order with your company. Nora is knowledgeable, creative and quick to respond which is rare these days. I will be ordering additional items with Nora. Please give her THANKS for us.
