Thank You Mr. Post for taking the time to issue us a review. We are sorry your Insurance Company Progressive was so slow to respond to your needs, this is normal for this carrier. Progressive is the only Insurance Company to my knowledge that has a clause in the Policy that allows them to wait up to 30 days to respond to an insured once placed on notice. However at the end of the claim, we uncovered Progressive had undervalued your claim 34%, and an ultimate recovery as such. I am happy we where able to make you whole, and receive a fair settlement.
