Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers experienced significant delivery delays, with many orders arriving weeks late or failing to show up entirely. Buyers expressed frustration discovering that products were shipped from overseas instead of domestically as originally advertised on the platform. Furthermore, consumers noted that items failed to match online descriptions, pointing out poor print quality and missing features like quilting.
Some reviewers were happy with certain aspects of the items despite the broader issues. Some customers also noted that certain tote bags felt reasonably sturdy and worked adequately well for carrying daily items like laptops.
Tote bag in the image online shows a quilted bag, embroidered bag. The one I received was just a print painted on fabric. The product description says "quilted tote. Crafted from quilted fabric featuring a stylish wave stitched pattern". The painted design is blurry. I ordered it on 11/23 and received on 12/20.
DO NOT purchase any clothing from this website!
I purchased a shirt that was nothing like the item shown online - a very inferior copy!!!
Purchased for $77.78 AUD (including exchange rate cost) I could have purchased from Temu or Shein for $10!!!
Extremely disappointed and ripped off!
Severe delay with delivery of ordered goods. Turns out they are being shipped from CHINA when ordered. It should be made clear when people order, that shipping will take more than a month to arrive. Customer service only offered a coupon (for how much?) as recompense. I wanted to cancel and receive a refund, as the intended gift date for a grandchild has now passed over 2 weeks.
Verlinn.com Is a Scam — Fake U.S. Company, No Shipping, No Refund
Verlinn.com claims to be a U.S. business (KEJU Trade Inc., Denver CO), but everything actually operates overseas. After ordering on 11/29/2025, I never received a tracking number, proof of shipment, or any real update — just generic copy-and-paste excuses.
When I requested a refund, they refused and tried to bribe me with 15%, then 20%, then 25% partial refunds instead of sending the product or returning my money. They also said returns must go to Hong Kong at my expense, even though they advertise themselves as a U.S. company.
This is a classic deceptive operation:
No shipping
No tracking
No full refund
Fake U.S. business identity
Offshore return trap
I’ve already filed an official FTC complaint documenting their behavior and their connection to multiple similar sites.
Avoid this site. File a chargeback immediately if you already ordered.
No stars. Same as all the other reviews. I rarely click an ad but the tote seemed like a great gift idea. I should have checked out the company first. This is 12/10/25. I ordered on 11/28/25. All I have gotten is a confirmation email. So I looked further at the website and I could have seen the red flags all over in their wording etc. And no tax charged. The charge is on my credit card bill.
This company deserves a zero star review - don't waste your money or time!
On Nov 8, 2025 I placed an order for multiple Christmas ornaments from Verlinn.com totaling over $100. I got a confirmation email the next day that provided a tracking program that did not work. I contacted customer service regarding this and asked when I could expect delivery. I have emailed this company about a dozen times trying to resolve the issue. The products have not arrived, I cannot track the order, I receive the same canned answer, word-for-word each time, and my questions are not answered. I was told I could expect the shipment in 7-15 days. It's been nearly 6 weeks. Thankfully, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they have issued me a credit as they attempt to resolve the issue. The charge that appeared on my credit card came from a totally different company! I regret I did not check online reviews before I placed my order. DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS COMPANY
Beware - Company is a scam, Products not even close to descriptions
After reading the existing reviews, I realize that I am not alone. I ordered a sweater and several Christmas ornaments from Verlinn.com well over a month ago. My order arrived yesterday.
Summery - over a month wait for product to arrive, products are not anything as described/pictured and clothing size is way off - totally inaccurate.
I ordered the sweater a size larger than my normal size to be safe, and yet it is still too small, very much too small. Needs to be returned.
On the website, the wildlife themed Christmas ornaments are described a as "hand made" and appear colorful and sculpted, very much looking like a three dimensional ornament "on sale" for $9.99.
Upon arrival I got a pile of junk. Ornaments are nothing more than cardboard discs with dull and lifeless pictures applied. Just awful.
Company offers returns but I must pay return shipping (to who knows where) and there is a restocking fee in addition. They also say they will approve or dis-approve the refund once everything is returned and "inspected". Red flag for sure. They describe a multi step process to request a return, starting with the need to email support for a return shipping label. I did that yesterday, and they replied asking for several photographs and documentation before they will decide whether to send me a return shipping label. In short, they are putting me thru hoops, making any return as difficult if not impossible. And who knows how much return postage will cost, even if I am lucky enough to get a return label.
I am seriously thinking of disputing the charge (over $100) through my credit card company instead.
Bottom Line, I totally agree with all the negative reviews posted here. Verlinn.com is a scam, products do not match website descriptions, nothing is as described and I can only describe this company as a total fraud.
Buyer Beware!!! Do not order from these con artists! We site descriptions and photos look great but actual product is pure junk, not even close to what is pictured/described.
Unhappy Customer -- Ginny B from Pennsylvania
Bought several holiday ornaments, which in their pictures appeared to be small carved figures (it more likely resin cast figures) but turned out to photos glued onto a heavy duty paper. Do not buy from them!
Do NOT order from this company. The lack of an actual customer service number should have been an immediate red flag. The email address is fake, and all you will ever receive are automated replies to your text messages. Scam…
I made two separate orders of Christmas ornaments on the same day. The company's online marketing promises are a bald-faced lie.
LIE #1: Their ornaments are NOT made in the US. They ship from China, and you'll wait a millenium -- if you get your product at all. They never bothered to even begin processing one of my orders (despite an order confirmation email), and the company failed to communicate their inaction or the nature of the problem. After I shamed their Customer Service team, they refunded the purchase. The second order I made was also never delivered, though they provided some shady shipment tracking details that mysteriously trailed off somewhere in Chicago after the products allegedly cleared customs from China. I ended up having to dispute that order with my credit card company, since Verlinn Customer Service just stopped being responsive.
LIE #2: The company claims its ornaments are of "exquisite materials and craftsmanship," but other customer reviews of their product made me highly suspicious. For that reason, during the shipment debacles described above, I also confronted their Customer Service team about their product's conformance to their online marketing statements. They repeatedly refused to confirm that their products were as described and imaged, which leaves me concluding that these claims, too, are deceptive.
VERLINN is an outright scam.
Is it even possible to leave a 0 star review? Beyond disappointed, waiting for my credit card statement so I can challenge payment. Never received my orders, yes I was stupid enough to put in 2 orders. Horrible company.
Verlinn is a scam operation with cheaply made product
This pretty advertisement for totes popped up on Yahoo.com. I thought this would make a great gift for my mother-in-law so I bought one. One week later, I sent an email inquiring about my order (since this scam company pulled the money) and asked for a shipping notification. I did get an email back from a grifter named Emily who said they were trying to figure out the best way to ship the tote bag to me. What do you need to figure out? Liar. It's been five days since then and still no confirmation. I should have checked their reviews. They got bad ones. No good ones. If I get the tote, it's going to be cheaply made, per the other reviewers. This is a scam non USA company. Do not buy from this scam company.
Verlinn is a scam company. Misrepresented the christmas ornaments as 3D they are 2D. Can no longer find the company online. Used drop shipmentp. Seeking money back from credit card company. Me bad for not going to Trustpilot first.
Seeing an ad in the New York Times for Christmas ornaments from Verlinn, I assumed the company had some legitimacy (unlike ads in F.B., for instance). The ornaments were pictured as little animals posed in what they called acorns. I assumed they were resin animals in wood-looking nests. When the ornaments finally arrived, they turned out to be cheap, flat plastic junk, mere cut-outs with photographs of the animals in pictured "acorn" frames. They looked nothing like the 3-D ornaments shown on the website and most definitely were not worth the $12.99 that was charged for each. I've emailed the company demanding a return and full refund, but I don't hold out much hope.
They are NOT an American company! I very much doubt that their products are made in America like their website says. The sweater that I ordered was very cheaply made and when I tried to return it, they at first only offered 15% back b/c the return shipping to HONG KONG would cost the rest of the cost of the sweater. The sweater cost $50! When I complained, they offered 25% back, but I am still not happy. Don't buy anything from them. They must photoshop all their products so that they look A LOT better than they actually are!
I ordered the xmas ornaments and a sweater even though I had misgivings about the site and the fact that this company was selling womens clothing AND hand crafted ornaments. They confirmed my order immediately and I never heard from them again. I realized too late that there was no way to call them. When I sent email about my order I got a reply saying someone would be in touch. That didn't happen. Shortly after calling my credit card to report this, I got a refund from Verlinn. I had not actually canceled my order yet.
I bought the Xmas ornaments advertised on this site. They were cheap printed images on a flat piece of plastic. The manufacturer offered less than half the purchase price in lieu of shipping them back to a non-existent site in CHINA! Do not buy the round animal ornaments!!
These are the same things selling last year on Amazon. They are not 3D. A flat piece of wood with a pic on it. Horrible.
Cheap. Waste of money. Beware.
