They are communicative and efficient with orders and delivery and, when I had to update delivery instructions with my most recent order, their customer service was friendly and helpful. Victorian Dress
The package came on time but I ordered a small and it was very big for a small so I had to bring it to get fitted and spend double the money. I was quite upset about this and then immediately after my purchase the dress went on sale for like half price.

A Goddess in Venice!!!
There was an issue with my delivery and customer service was NOT very good with assisting me, which was frustrating. However, once my dress arrived, I was highly satisfied!
