Nice but very simular to IVMS4200
Software is nice and snappy on the NVRs. Also very chinese logically, not so different from hikvision. Disk support on these NVRs is lacking temp monitoring and the hardware seems to have insufficient cooling. Would not recommend.

VIGI Camera password reset issue
I battled with two cameras password resets for hours and in the end called TP-LINK support. I should have done that in the first place. The issue was resolved by Coco very quickly and with clear instructions. Thank you

Motion detection recording issue
VIGI NVR1016H When motion detection recording is turned on in VIGI NVR1016H, it records 'after' few seconds(5-10sec delay) when motion is detected instead of immediately or recording few seconds 'before' motion detection which leads to partly lost video footage. I tried changing “delay” and “pre recorded time” settings but still there is same issue. No proper response is there from VIGI support team and issue was never resolved even after 2 years.
