Hi Emily, thank you so much for your review. We are glad you had a great stay at the villa!
Seamless, great communication throughout
From the first email I sent enquiring about Villa Gembira my experience was nothing but positive. The clear, prompt communication was excellent and the booking process could not have been easier. Our transfer from the airport to the villa was great - despite our flight being late, he texted and called to assure us he was waiting and where to find him. I cannot recommend Villa Finder highly enough and I will definitely use this service again in the future.

Great support for renting villa in Koh Samui
We were very well accompanied for the rental of a very beautiful villa in the bay of Fisherman Village. Information was clear about the house, rental conditions, and everything was in accordance with our arrival. Thank you for this support.

What made my experience great is that I…
What made my experience booking through Villa Finder so great is that I was searching the web on some villas. I was actually speaking with another company and that representative put a hold on a Villa for me. I was going to make a deposit the next day. Well, the next day Sharon called me and said, “I see you were making inquiries to some villas, let me help you.” I thanked Sharon for reaching out to me but I told her I’m in the process of booking with another company. Sharon asked what did the other company offer and maybe she can do better. Obviously, she did and I ended up booking with Villa Finder. From then, different team members of Villa Finder checked in with me via email to make sure if I had any questions or concerns with the process they will be there to assist and I was extremely happy. What I absolutely love about Villa Finder is that they work together as a team and communicate efficiently for their clients. If I emailed Sharon to ask a question, I’ll get a response from Sofia or another team member.

I was very happy with the services…
I was very happy with the services provided by Villa finder. The concierge Viestra literally held our hand through everything and helped us with whatever we needed from salsa classes, to drivers, and silver making. All recommendations were excellent. The two villas we stayed in were excellent. There were a few issues with the first which we informed them and the second was beyond outstanding. I would confidently recommend them and use them again.. keep up the good work, and i hope the feedback on the first villa has been addressed. Thank you!

Villa was not cleaned
Villa was not cleaned. Food debris were in the kitchen. Lizard droppings in the drawers for days. Floors were dusty. Shampoo n bath gel containers were empty. Driver was not at allocated pick up point in airport. We arrived at midnite and waited for an hour to find the driver. Contact details of the driver were inaccurate. Payments were made for massages and private chef in advance and yet they asked for payment again. First and last time to use villa finder

Hi Sophie, We sincerely appreciate your valuable feedback, and I want to extend my apologies for the disappointing experience you had. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide our clients. Rest assured, we are taking immediate action to rectify the issues you encountered during your stay at Villa Lapis. We are working closely with the villa manager to ensure that the villa will be impeccably clean for the next guest, and we are also taking steps to make the directions to find the drivers much clearer. We understand how frustrating it can be to arrive at midnight and face difficulty locating the driver. Regarding the payment confusion for the chef and massages, I acknowledge a miscommunication leading to unnecessary confusion. While it was an honest mistake, we understand that such errors should never happen, and we have taken measures to prevent this in the future. I'm relieved to hear that everything was eventually resolved. Our concierge team has already contacted you to address your specific issues, and we are committed to improving things for you. We sincerely hope you created some beautiful memories during your time in Bali. Should you choose to give us another opportunity in the future, we would be thrilled to welcome you back with improved services and experience.
Baan Jakawan - forever in our memory
We spent 6 days in villa Baan Jakawan in Koh Samui, and it was an amazing experience... The villa offers one of the best view of the island, and benefits from a 5 stars swimming pool. Incredible spot. The hotel staff is at our disposal, and really nice with all of us. And what to say about the in-villa cooking chef, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner... Incredibly good. All in all... 5 stars is well deserved! And we can only recommend this beautiful and luxury place.

Chands Empat
We stayed at Chands Empat and had a fabulous experience. The villa was perfect for me and my friends. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind, and its proximity to the beach made all the difference. We'll definitely be going back again

Hi Rashmi, great to hear you had a great time at the Chands Empat! Let us know when you are planning the next trip, we'll be happy to assist you again.
We stayed at Villa Hari (Minggu Villas)…
We stayed at Villa Hari (Minggu Villas) for 7 nights. Great villa for the family, spacious, and in a fabulous location just metres from several high quality restaurants & cafes. Longer walk to the beach however if you wanted to brave it!) Booking through Villa Finder was seamless, always ready and prompt in responding to any questions or queries. Although we were taken to another villa initially which prolonged our arrival transfer from the airport. Couldn’t fault our stay otherwise or the booking process, most enjoyable time had by the whole family ! Thankyou

Villa Can Ros Puerto Pollensa booked via…
Rented a villa in Puerto Pollensa via Villa Finder for a special birthday with my family. The villa was terrible! Dirty, main bedroom full of flies and a terrible smell. Iron had a massive chunk missing so was dangerous! Rooms were damp and full of mild. Outside the furniture was dirty and full of bird poo. Pool was dirty. Villa finder must have known the state of the villa as previous people had posted reviews, just a shame we didn't see before going!
Villa Kashantre is beautiful
Villa Kashantre is an older but well maintained villa in a fantastic location. The bedrooms are spacious, even with a portacot set up. The bathrooms are well appointed and the aircons in the bedrooms are lovely and cold. The pool is in a beautiful spot and gets loads of sun. The staff are beautiful and the washing is a god send 😁
