We booked Villa Cempaka Banoa in Nusa Dua based on the beautiful pictures on the website and the information that suggested it was a perfect location for water sports, beach access and lazing by the pool….
What we turned up to was a horror show. No greenery, the garden was in a state of disrepair like someone had dug it all up and lost interest in putting it all back together. Scummy pool, water leaks, dirty fixtures and broken fittings. 1 broken sun lounger between 6 (not that anyone would take their chances in that pool 💀).
Don’t get too excited about catching any rays on the roof top terrace because that’s where the dusty cleaning products and old mop are now stored…If you are unlucky enough to draw the short straw for the upstairs room do ensure you leave plenty of time to wrestle the back door open before bed, and take a torch to get you up the steps (don’t expect light when you get up there either… the switches are taped over). I could go on about the stained sheets and ripped curtains hanging off the walls but I won’t.
Thank goodness the wonderful lady that was there to greet us had purchased our shopping list in advance (Bintang) because only that and our good humour got us through the one night we had to stay before we moved on!
Our friend summed our experience up beautifully “Villa Cempaka Benoa… more traumatic than pancreatic cancer” and he can speaks from experience.
Whilst I did manage to get refunded for our booking, we did lose a day and night of our holiday to the stressful experience.
Looks like the villa and others in the same complex are still advertised for booking DON’T DO IT 😫
even the cute ginger cat doesn’t make it worth the trip 😂
Villa Finder was extremely helpful in finding a suitable villa for our family of 10. It was so easy to book, there was no pressure applied and payment methods were easy and safe. Every staff member i was in contact with was friendly and informative. Kezia provided great information in a very timely manner. I would have absolutely no hesitation jn booking or recommending Villa Finder. The Suar Semjnyak had delightful staff who cooked two beautiful meals and kept the villa clean and cared for. They were so kind abd helpful. We did find breakfasts nice but rarely hot but it isn’t easy preparing for 10 people at once. The only suggestion I would make us that the bathroom for the master bedroom had one basin and taps that didnt work and the shower needed some work on the tiling.

Everything was excellent starting from the first communication with Villa Finder team (thank you Stella and Gabrielle) to booking to airport transfer... Check in... Stay and check out. Highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the villa over Sow river. Thanks to villa staff as well (Made, Ketut and Wanya) who ensured we enjoyed a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at L'Esterel Villa on Koh Samui and can only recommend it. From the first enquiry through to check-out, everything was handled with great care.
A special thank you to Stella from Villa Finder, who looked after us excellently, both during the booking process and throughout our stay. She was always responsive, helpful and made everything easy.
On site, Nuch was simply fantastic. She made sure the villa was spotlessly clean every single day and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning, a perfect start to every day. We also want to thank Kun, whose support was outstanding as well.
The location is great: only about 15 minutes from Fisherman's Village. It's easy to reach by scooter, but we'd recommend one with at least 150cc because of the steep incline.
We'll gladly book here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special!
Shafa and Edy were there the whole time from start to finish they organized everything for our stay in Villa Alun in seminyak when I come back I’ll definitely ask them to help me with everything again so easy highly recommended then
The experience was great which includes the communication, the check-in process, the maintenance of the villa, and the overall service. In particular, the villa manager was very accommodating and a great chef. Highly recommend!
We have just come back from the Chands Three and absolutely loved the whole experience. From the moment we booked with Villa Finder the service was exceptional. We dealt with Stella and she ensured everything was taken care of including organising transport and late check-out. Once again, staying at the Villa was wonderful, staff are just so lovely and make sure your stay is as perfect. Anik was incredible and went above and beyond, ensuring my birthday was extra special. Viesztra was great in terms of the support provided to us throughout our stay, very responsive and flexible, as were all those involved with Villa Joa. Our only issue was the location of the villa which is at the top of a mountain road that was so steep in places that many of the local cab firms (Grab) would often cancel bookings last minute when they realised where the villa was.

This place was great needs a little bit of an upgrade but for the price it won’t disappoint. Stella has assisted us from the time of booking till the day we left she has been great in following up & getting back to us in a timely manner. AC in the living area would add improvement to the property as fans are not suffice for Bali hot weather & leaving the doors open is not an option due to too many mosquitoes. If your on a budget this is really a great place to stay.

Our stay at M Villa 318 Canggu was simply fantastic! A beautiful villa, with plenty of space across 5 bedrooms surrounding a central pool and outdoor lounge and dining area. Our stay at Mannao Estate was truly exceptional, made unforgettable by the incredible team. From the beginning, Sofi at Villa Finder was consistently responsive and extraordinarily thoughtful, helping us plan everything from transportation to experiences and continuing to check in even after our stay.
Once we arrived, Ayu, the onsite property manager, was an absolute blessing. She anticipated our every need—from meals, wine and laundry to massages and transportation—and always did so with the warmest, most positive attitude. The entire staff was attentive to every detail and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
Mannao Estate is beautiful, but it was the people who made our Bali experience so special. We left feeling incredibly grateful and would absolutely return!

The villa itself was soooo good, but what really stood out was the Villa Finder concierge team. They were superb from start to finish, responsive, helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive.

Stayed 5 nights at Villa Arkana Village with my two adult children and loved it. Stella made sure we were well looked after by the house staff Alit, Made Leo and Komang Agus. The villa is large, spotlessly clean and exactly as it is in the photographs. The breakfast options are plentiful as are the serving sizes which are served on site. Also very accessible and quiet location. We would definitely come back.

I had never heard of Villa Finder before so was a bit wary at first. I needn't have been. All the people I dealt with at Villa Finder from beginning to end were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us find the right villa for us and made all the necessary arrangements to accommodate 6 adults and 3 children, transfers to and from the airport, payment of the deposit and balance etc etc. Everything was simply and clearly explained.
Once we were onboard, the Villa Finder Concierge Team, especially Kezia, were equally helpful in arranging special celebratory events, catering for various meals, etc and clearly answering any questions along the way. Bali and the villa itself were fabulous, but the whole experience was made more special with the assistance of the Villa Finder team. I don't think we could have done it on our own.

Just had a wonderful holiday in Koh Samui -Thailand @ Blue View villa. We booked through Samui Villa Finders and couldn't be happier with the level of service and attention to detail. The concierge service with Viesztra meant we could ask questions, pre book activities/ excursions and liaise with the villa staff prior to arrival. We always got a timely response and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our daughters are coeliac and we were particularly anxious to ensure the food / meals were gluten free. We really couldn't fault a thing. We even had a pre booked food/snack/wine list waiting for us on our arrival! The concierge service via text and email during the course of the holiday meant that Viesztra was checking in with us to ensure everything was going well.
All in all, a wonderful holiday and we're currently planning the next one with Villa Finder!
