We stayed at Villa Pineda cala d'or Majorca. We had no hot water all week despite visits to fix it . The dishwasher was rusty and did not wash the dishes. The gas supply to the hob was intermittent One of the fans in the annex was broken and the base of one bed was broken. We had a 1 year old which made it worse. I would not recommend the villa.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an honest review. I'm truly sorry your stay at Villa Pineda fell so far short of what you and your family deserved. A holiday with a little one should feel easy and restful, and the issues you faced would have made each day so much harder than it ever should have been. I completely understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been.
When you let us know during the stay, the maintenance team visited the villa on two occasions. On the second visit, the boiler was reset and guidance was shared on how to restart it if it switched off again, but we recognise that this is not something any guest should have to deal with during their holiday, especially with a young child. We've since reached out to you directly with a gesture of goodwill, as your experience simply didn't reflect the standard we expect for every guest who stays with us.
Feedback like yours really matters to us; and for that, we are very grateful.
Also, after carefully reviewing what happened, we've made the decision to remove Villa Pineda from our collection, as it no longer meets the standards we hold ourselves to.
Thank you again for being so open with us and showing us room for improvement. I sincerely hope we have the chance to make it up to you on a future holiday.
Regards,
Sari
Villa Pineda in Cala D’Or did not have hot water or a functioning dishwasher for the week we stayed. The gas grill worked only intermittently, and a fan in the Annexe was broken.
Villa Finder attempted to resolve matters, but unsuccessfully.
Our stay was to celebrate an 80th birthday, with a family group including an infant. Unfortunately these failings spoilt the week.
Villa Finder 回复2026-10-07
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, and please accept my sincere apologies. A milestone like an 80th birthday is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and your family deserved a week that was all about celebrating together, not one spent dealing with problems at the villa. I'm truly sorry that wasn't the experience you had, especially with a little one in the group.
As soon as the issues were reported, we worked with the owner to arrange maintenance visits, and on the second visit the boiler was reset with guidance given on how to restart it if needed. Even so, we fully accept that this fell well short of the effortless stay you should have enjoyed, and no family should have to manage these things while on holiday. We have also been in touch directly to offer a gesture of goodwill.
Your feedback has played an important part in our decision to remove Villa Pineda from our collection, as it no longer meets the standards we expect for our guests.
Thank you again for taking the time to let us know. I hope the special moments shared with your loved ones still shine through, and that we have the opportunity to give you the celebration you deserve in the future.
Regards,
Sari
We had an amazing stay at Villa Candi Kecil Empat. The villa was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and the perfect place to relax. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true tropical escape.
A special thank you to our concierge, Sofi, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She was always friendly, organised, and happy to help with transport, activities, and local recommendations. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We highly recommend Villa Candi Kecil Empat to anyone visiting Bali and can’t wait to return. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Thank you so much for your lovely message, it truly made my day! It was such a pleasure helping you get the most out of your time in Bali, and I loved hearing how your days were unfolding, whether you were out discovering the island or simply slowing down and letting the hours drift by back at the villa. That balance is what makes a Bali holiday so special, and I'm so happy you found it. I'll be sure to pass your kind words on to the team at Candi Kecil Empat, as they'll be delighted to know you felt so at home.
I'm already looking forward to welcoming you back. Whenever you're ready to return, just let me know and we'll make it every bit as wonderful!

Sofi
I can’t explain how amazing this villa was! Our family had an amazing time and haven’t stopped speaking about how beautiful the villa was. The staff were attentive and our rooms were cleaned daily which was an added bonus. Kadek was so lovely and was available for all our needs. The attention to detail was nothing but amazing. A special thank you to Rakha from the villa finder team who communicated everything! And answered my many questions before, during and after our stay. He was nothing short of amazing. We definitely will be looking to stay again and hopefully for longer! Thank you so much.

Thank you so much, this message honestly made my week! It's so lovely to know your family is still talking about the trip, because that's really what it's all about: coming home with memories you can't stop sharing. A big part of that magic comes from the people at the villa, and Kadek and the team have such a gift for making every family feel genuinely cared for, often in the little ways you only notice once you realise how easy everything felt. I've already passed your words on to them, and I know it will absolutely make their day.
It was a real pleasure being there for you every step of the way too, and no question was ever too many. I'd love to welcome your family back, and the more time you have to settle in and enjoy it all next time, the better! Just let me know whenever you're ready to start planning.
Regards,
Rakha

Thank you so, so much! Having you come back to us again truly means the world.
Taking care of all the little details behind the scenes, so that every trip feels effortless from the moment you land, has become one of my favourite parts of what I do, and knowing you feel you have a real friend looking out for you on the island is the nicest thing I could ever hope to hear.
To know you'll be trusting us with all your Bali holidays to come is honestly the greatest compliment, and it's one I'll treasure. I promise to keep making every trip just as special as the last, and I'm already looking forward to welcoming you back whenever you're ready to start dreaming up the next one!

Thank you so much, that's an amazing message to receive! We're so glad your time in Hakuba was such a great one. There's really nothing like waking up surrounded by the Japanese Alps, and it's brilliant to know everything ran smoothly so you could just get out there and enjoy the mountains. Hearing you'd recommend us to others means a huge amount to the whole team.
Whenever you're keen to head back to the mountains, or anywhere else for that matter, we'd love to help make it happen again!

We stayed at Laemsingh Villa 5 as a family of five adults and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The villa is located within a secure, gated community, offering both privacy and peace of mind. The accommodation was spacious, beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with truly spectacular sea views throughout. The infinity pool was a standout - stunning and serene, the perfect place to relax. What truly elevated our stay was the incredible team, led by our villa manager, Kwan. The staff were warm, professional and attentive without ever being intrusive, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Our in house chef, Pia, was exemplary, delivering beautifully prepared meals that exceeded expectations every time. Overall, it was a flawless stay that balanced luxury with comfort and we would not hesitate to return.

Thank you so much for such a beautiful message! It's always special when a family of grown-ups finds the time to come together for a proper holiday, and it's wonderful to know Phuket gave you exactly the setting to make the most of it. There's a particular kind of magic to those slow Andaman days, when the evenings stretch out over long dinners and conversation, and it sounds like you all soaked up every moment. Kwan, Pia and the whole team at Laemsingh will be so touched when I pass your words on, as they take such pride in making each family feel at home.
We'd be delighted to welcome you back to Phuket whenever the island calls again, and we'll be here ready to make it just as memorable.

Edric
Do not waste your time looking at this site for properties in Niseko. It is a lead gen and does not indicate true availability or prices. Very frustrating if you invest time into searching and reviewing listings which are not accurate in availability or price. Beware to use platforms which are genuine.

Hello Sarah,
I see how frustrating this experience was. You are ready to book, spend time researching properties, find the perfect one, inquire, but then get told it cannot be booked yet... It should indeed be clearer.
I have just added a banner on all Japan pages on our website to warn visitors that reservations for the 2026-27 season are not open yet. They usually do around mid-February/early-March.
Meanwhile, I apologize for this experience and wish you a good snow season next year!

Outstanding Experience – Villa Finder Sets the Standard
I had an excellent experience booking through VillaFinder.com. The entire process was smooth, clear, and easy from start to finish.
The Villa Finder team were consistently friendly, proactive, and always ready to assist. A special commendation goes to Viesztra, who truly went above and beyond while helping me organise my friend’s bucks party as part of the concierge service. From assisting with tour bookings and private transport, to organising restaurant reservations and accommodating last-minute changes, there was nothing Viesztra wasn’t willing to help with or explore to find the best solution for our group.
Viesztra's professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made what could have been a complex planning process feel effortless and well managed. It was clear throughout that Villa Finder places a strong emphasis on customer experience.
I will absolutely be booking through VillaFinder.com again for my next holiday. To Viesztra and the entire Villa Finder team, thank you for your outstanding service and exceptional professionalism! 🙏
We had a fabulous experience with the company Villa Finder, we were impressed with their quick response to our queries and the follow-up to make sure that we were taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Joss in Seminyak and would not hesitate to book again through the Team at Villa Finder
Dear Villa Finder Team,
I am delighted to provide further feedback on our recent stay at Villa Estate Mannao, which exceeded expectations and was an absolutely wonderful experience.
The property is exactly as depicted in the photos—gorgeous and impeccably maintained. While the secluded nature of the location means the initial approach and drop-off might appear unexpected, the villa itself is a stunning, private retreat.
The entire team, led by Ayu, was exceptionally professional and attentive to our every requirement.
I hosted twenty guests to celebrate my 55th birthday, and we all had the best time. I would like to specifically highlight the incredible efforts of Ayu and the staff to make the celebration memorable. They arranged beautiful decorations for my master suite, including the bathtub and bedroom, as well as the Olympic-size pool. The birthday dinner in front of the rice fields, complete with balloon decorations, was a stunning touch. As my favorite cuisine is Italian, I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate this request.
Thank you again for providing a magnificent setting and service.
Sincerely,
We had the best time ever at the Anjali villas. It was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. I bid on it in a silent auction 3 years ago and the team was so patient and wonderful with our booking since it took us a while to get the time off to come. The villa has the best staff. We had breakfast included and a private chef for dinner. We just had to pay for groceries but that was very inexpensive. The food, especially dinner, was incredible. I felt like we were dining in the best restaurants in NYC. The quality of the food is amazing. The beds and bedrooms are so comfortable. The pool was perfect and I enjoyed relaxing on the float I bought across the street from the villa most days. It’s in a part of town where there are many restaurants and shops that are also fantastic. The beach is a ten minute walk. We took a day tour and went to many locations which we loved but the rest of the days we stayed in the villa and relaxed because it has all you need. All in all, I cannot say enough about the villas and this trip. It was pure luxury but not too expensive for all you get. The staff of the villas treats you like royalty and takes care of everything you need every day including massages in the villa, tours and transport. You need to book this place now. You won’t regret it. It’s a trip of a lifetime.
I had an amazing experience dealing with Villa Finder
I had an amazing experience from booking accomodation, then changing accomodation and being given many different villas to choose from that suited what I wanted. Then once confirmed I went over to concierge to keep liasing with and they were amazing… very helpful especially Sofi! I cannot fault anything with this company. They organised airport pick up and drops off etc. thanks so much guys
The whole experience with Villa Finder was exceptional, from booking to completing our stay at the beautiful Anam Complex. From the first inquiry into making a group booking, each team member I dealt with was prompt with their response, incredibly helpful and so willing to go out of their way to help with any queries I had. We were provided with a list of Villas that could accomodate our large extended family booking, and I was pleasantly surprised that the price was the best one I could find when compared with other sites for the exact same villa! Final booking and payment process was easy. Leading up to our arrival I contacted the members of the team multiple times (probably too many!) with additional requests and questions and every single time was met with a warm, friendly and helpful response. Nothing I asked was too much hassle or issue. It ensured our stay was perfect, and it really was.
Upon arrival our expectations were blown away by the villa, it was truly beautiful, and the team at Villa Finder were still in constant contact with us to ensure our stay was perfect.
I thank the whole team, from the bottom of my heart for their assitance through the entire process. It was a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate in booking through them again! 10/10

Thank you so much for sharing your experience, Charles. It makes me really glad to know that your time at the villa felt so seamless and enjoyable.
I hope Bali gave you plenty of little moments to treasure, and that the villa became a place where you could truly relax and connect.
We’d be delighted to help you create more memories like this on your next holiday.

Amazing villa, just as depicted in the photos and description in the listing. Great for family trips, especially if you have kids. The pool was large enough to accommodate a large pool float, 3 young and very active kids and another 3-4 adults with space to spare and play. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very well-appointed. There is a large entertainment room on the third floor with an outdoor rooftop space, and plenty of lounging space in the living room and poolside on the first floor. The in-house staff at the villa were incredibly helpful and attentive, yet did not get in the way of us having our private family time. The staff at Bali Villa Finder were also very on-the-ball and helpful with organising the booking, airport transfer, massages , and a cake for my dad’s 73rd birthday. They even included a beautiful bouquet for my dad. Only thing to be aware of is that although the villa is situated nicely between Canggu and Seminyak, it took us around an hour to get to Canggu by Grab because of the narrow roads and traffic (we went around 10-11am on a Friday). Easier if you are happy to just hang around Kerobokan, All in all, an amazing stay and would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Hi Max, thank you for sharing such a detailed and heartfelt review! It’s wonderful to know that the villa became your family’s happy place—where laughter, play, and relaxation all came together perfectly. We’re truly touched that our team could help make your dad’s 73rd birthday so memorable with those special touches.
We can’t wait to welcome you and your family back for many more unforgettable stays.

Communication with Villa Finder staff was easy, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.
Villa Arte was like our very own private resort. And exactly as the photos show.
Our family enjoyed this very relaxing villa and the wonderful Wayan who cooked great Indo breakfasts for us and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so comfortable. If you want to tear yourself away from your private oasis, you will find Villa Arte was close enough to walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
We only stayed for a week, but it was so easy to relax we felt like we had been away longer. We will certainly be back again.
Villa Finder 回复2025-07-07
Thank you so much for this beautiful review, Maria. It’s incredibly rewarding to hear that your stay at Villa Arte felt like a true escape — the kind where time slows down and comfort comes naturally. We're so happy the villa felt like your own private resort, and we couldn’t agree more about Wayan — she’s truly a gem, and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words.
It was a pleasure assisting you throughout, and we’d love to welcome you back whenever you're ready for another dose of laid-back Bali magic.

Sofi
