**Extensive Review for Villa Candi Cecil Empat – A Memorable 4-Bedroom Stay**
My recent 3-night stay at Villa Candi Cecil Empat was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a serene location with lush surroundings, the villa exceeded every expectation and provided the perfect getaway for relaxation and exploration. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the experience would be unforgettable.

The four spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with plush bedding and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a restful stay. Each room had its own en-suite bathroom, providing both privacy and convenience for our group. The villa's private pool was the centerpiece of our stay. Surrounded by tropical greenery, it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The outdoor lounge and dining areas provided ample space for our group to gather and enjoy meals together or simply relax while soaking in the peaceful ambiance.
### **Exceptional Hospitality: Ayu and Putu Deserve Special Kudos**
The true stars of our stay were the wonderful house help, Ayu and Putu. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. Hi Snehal, Thank you so much for sharing your experience in detail! This is really amazing to hear!
I am also very happy to see that Putu and Ayu has managed to deliver the highest level of Balinese service; and I am glad you thoroughly enjoy this :)
I hope for your next visit, you can stay in the villa longer so we can show you around more. Have a nice day!
REgards,
Rakha
The villa was disappointing in several aspects. The cleanliness was subpar, and the air conditioning in the rooms was inadequate for the space. There were no fans in the kitchen, making it very uncomfortable to stand there in hot weather. The living room had only a very small table fan, which did not provide sufficient cooling, making it hard to sit and relax.
The staff service was also below expectations. We were not informed in advance that staff would be unavailable on Sundays, which caused inconvenience. Despite making a special request for the pool to be cleaned before our arrival, it was in a messy state and was only cleaned after we insisted. Additionally, there was no welcome drink provided, which is usually a standard gesture in such accommodations.
Overall, I would recommend considering other villas for a better experience.

Hi Sam, This is Rakha again. I hope you are well.
First of all, thank you so much for trusting your holiday with Villa Finder. We really appreciate your support. I understand how disheartening it can be to have a less-than-ideal experience staying in one of our villas, and I am really sorry about this.
I have since conducted an thorough investigation regarding your request and we are pleased to inform you we have implemented updates: updating our page for the staff working hours, implementing welcome drink and buying new standing fans. Most importantly, we have conducted a staff training to ensure that the staff if more attentive to client's needs during the stay.
Please know that we take your concerns very seriously and we highly value customer input such as yours as it helps us identify areas for improvement and deliver a better experience to all our customers.
I know this will not undone the experience but If you decide to give us another chance, I will make sure to find an even better villa for your group.
From the first moment i walked into the Villa , i felt immediately calm and safe , as well as extremely happy. It was like a sanctuary away from the hustle of peak Bali
Highly recommended.
I will book again

Hi Gareth, indeed, the feeling of security is the utmost priority for our villas. Even though there are many villas out there located in main area, we handpicked every villas we onboard to make sure that despite they are in the main area; they also have to be comfortable, safe and calming.
I am glad that you experience these during your stay :)

Great hospitality, Staff and a beautiful, spacious villa reflecting balinese culture. We ahve stayed at this villa for about 3 nights. The firangipani plants and the grernary around makes the villa look heavenly. The staff helped us with a lot of additional requests. They took care of our laundry, brought us a lot of delicious local mangoes and made whatever we needed for breakfast. Oh not to forget the early morning Balinese coffe offered to us by the property caretaker. Overall, an amazing experience and highly recommended.
Villa Finder 回复2025-01-16
I am really happy to hear you had such a genuine Balinese experience! The villa itself is a Balinese-themed villa, and the staff is trained to deliver the authentic Balinese service :)
I hope this will be an unforgetable experience for you.

Sheila
Villa Yenian was truly amazing. My friends and I had the best time. The rooms were spacious and super clean. We also really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Down the road from the villa there's a restaurant called Nori and the pizza was so good! And La Pan Nam Spa is also closely which was lovely for massages and so cheap. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to come back someday.
Villa Finder 回复2025-01-16

We spent five magnificent nights at Villa Kipas in Sengiggi, Lombok (our first time in Indonesia). The service provided by the staff at Villa Finder from first interaction was exceptional. They confirmed the booking quickly, sent through important information about booking transfers and sight seeing and responded to my many questions promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in coming to stay in this beuatiful part of the world. Special shout out to Emily and Sari for all of their assistance. Also, the staff at Villa Kipas itself were wonderful, warm and welcoming.

We understand how challenging it is to organize island tours, especially for first-timers. There are many to choose with different policies. It has been our pleasure to be able to ease this process for you :)
It has been a wonderful week assisting you, and I hope we can see you again soon!

We had a great stay at Villa Moana. Dee was so accommodating and was able to organise anything for us from groceries, massages, beauty treatments, laundry and drivers. We wanted a relaxing holiday so spent most of our days lazing by the pool and enjoying the restaurants nearby. The villa is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to La Brisa and other beach clubs plus some really nice shops. We really liked that the area wasn't as busy as Seminyak and we could really relax. Rakha and the team at Villa Finder were also really accommodating with all our requests when we made the booking - we will definitely look at booking another Villa Finder villa for our next holiday. Thank you!

We have had a wonderful stay at The Chands One in Bali, and I can’t praise the experienced staff enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were caring, honest, welcoming, and always polite, making us feel right at home.
Every need we had was catered to – no request was too big or small for them. The accommodations were stunning, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality that the staff demonstrated throughout our stay.
We will definitely recommend The Chands One to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

My wonderful exprience with Villa Finder with the years
I have had various experiences with Villa Finder over more a decade, many of the times with Jolien Keulen. She is wonderful. She truly understands what my family and I need and want each occasion, suggests many villa options and once we finalise one, follows up high level of professionalism. We have had memorable villa vacations with Villa Finder in Bali (multiple times), Phuket and Galle.
The last was in Bali, Oct-Nov 2024.
First, thanks to Jolien for alerting the noise issue in the villa we had originally booked for and suggesting a suitable replacement; it was a great choice!
Second, big thanks to Viesztra of Villa Finder for the excellent attention to details and meticulous follow up.
Third, as for the villa itself - we loved it.
Based on my various experiences, I would certainly recommend Villa Finder!

Great service! Villa Finder was very responsive to our…
Villa Finder was very responsive to our requests and queries. They gave us relevant information to help us make our decision to book the villa, including photos and reels of the bedrooms at the place. It gave us the confidence that the place was what we were looking for. Thanks to Wishnu who worked with us at the time of us making the reservation and especially to Sari who was most helpful in finalising our stay. We very much appreciated her approach including coming out to the villa to check that everything was fine and even bringing us a cake for my birthday!

This was our first time using Bali Villa Finder unfortunately we had a very bad start to our vacation in that our villa was double booked and we didn’t know about it till we were on the way to the villa. I have to say though it was very distressing Bali Villa finder were very good and very patient. Understanding how upset we were The villa they found eventually for us on that day was old but very nice and the staff were absolutely amazing. We had no issues with our second villa and again communications were very good so I would definitely use them again and even though upset to start with we were overall very happy with the service we got from them.

I was pleased with villa finder, first time using them and stayed at B Villas Seminyak. It was great!. I wasn’t easily convinced about going through an agent especially with all the scams these days, but it’s a legitimate business with very good respond time I couldn’t find a cheaper deal than what they were offering. Will book with them again.
