Perfect

Perfect, No nonsense - easy order and got exactly what I wanted very quickly.

Great sign, material and fast delivery.

I ordered and custom-made a sign for my company and the website was very user friendly and I had no issues. The order arrived 2 days early which was great and the only issue I had was the plug. There were no instructions to add an attachment onto the plug to fully plug into the wall and the remote I was given isn't working. I changed the batteries a couple times and nothing took, so those are the 2 issues I had but otherwise.

I would recommend this company 100%

I would recommend this company 100%. I messed up my first order and they emailed me right away and told me how to fix it. They issued a refund for the incorrect order and kept in touch with me for the second order to let me know I had it correct. I received the sign and have been very pleased.

Vintage sign was great

Vintage sign was great, the response time was well-appreciated, and the work came out beautifully.

VERY Impressed!!!

Amazing! Ordered my neon on a Tuesday and received it by the next Monday. It’s exactly what I ordered, came perfectly/securely packaged and I was provided detailed tracking information. Very happy and will purchase again. 10/10!!!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I love that the letters/sign is more of a rubber material and not glass or plastic to reduce the fragility/breakage. In spite of being told that the shipment was delayed, the sign still arrived per the original projected date.
