I got the sign and was super happy, a great sign!!! I paid extra for outdoor version and after about 2 weeks we got some rain, the sign quit working, I emailed them, they ask me for a video so I made a video and sent it and now it's been a week and 4 unanswered emails. I'm very easy to work with but you have to communicate. The review is because they haven't stood by their guarantee and they fell short
The sign came very quick and my contractor had to do a few things to get it to fit but I love the look!
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong house and never received my sign. Lucy was amazing at responding to me & making sure I received what I order! The sign came out amazing as well!
Unfortunately one item was damaged in shipping but they took care of it right away and replaced the item. Excellent customer service.

The address plaques for our 20 condos are just what we wanted and look beautiful! Phil was so helpful in addressing every detail and questions we had even though we took a long time to make a decision. Phil stuck with us! The timeline was just as promised and the product came in without any damage issues due to the professional packaging. We would highly recommend Vintage Signs!

Great company who really stands behind the product? I had some troubles with Miami customs, through no fault of the sign company rather the US government. But the company was amazing and following through to make sure I got my sign and was very happy, I highly recommend them
I want to submit another review. I had originally ordered a sign that I was not satisfied with. They corrected the problem and were very accommodating and checked in with me via email on the status. excellent customer service.

The signs themselves were great, however the adhesive tape included was awful. One of the signs came down after 30 mins.
