I’m using the VPS BASIC plan. The stability is great, uptime is good, and the server runs smoothly with no issues. However, please note that the bandwidth is a bit limited - it's constantly around 40-50 Mbps. It's enough for basic tasks, but a faster connection would be better.
Disappointed with service reliability and speed We've been using this VPS for less than a month and have already experienced unexpected downtime with no changes made on our end. The actual network speed also does not match what was promised in the package specifications. As a web development team, uptime and consistent bandwidth are critical for us. We previously used an overseas VPS provider for years without a single downtime incident. Switching to this VPS Malaysia has unfortunately been a downgrade in both stability and performance.

Have vps with vpsmalaysia, suddenly server went down (didn't make any changes) and can't restart, they said nothing they can do but to reinstall the server. WTF?? how about my data? They said EVERYTHING will be erased. Now they don't even care to try to fix the server for me, just ignore my messages. Very unreliable hosting company, stay away!!!!

Worst customer experience. Totally money orientated. request payment upfront for upgrading requests. This company is expensive but giving shitty customer experience. Better take Meta trader VPS.

In few months, i faced the same issue that i cannot login to my dedicated server, my whole server down even with very very light usage. When i asked for support, it typically takes 2-3hours to solve my problem and keep saying that os halts and keep promising wont happen again. but same issue happens 3 times in just few months. Anyone who is considering to use their service, please walk away to other vendor. Or else you will very very frustrated with their product and services.
