Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. We're a little confused by your review, as our records show that you first contacted us on the 7th to request a return. After a very brief email exchange—just four emails in total—we sent you the return instructions and information needed to proceed. That said, we appreciate that every customer's experience matters. We're currently reviewing our online returns process to make sure it's as clear and straightforward as possible, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can improve. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and positive returns experience. If there's anything we've misunderstood or if there's more you'd like to share about your experience, we'd be happy to hear from you and see if we can help further.

We're sorry to hear you've experienced issues with your winch and understand your frustration. We did receive your warranty request on July 12 and responded on July 13 requesting some additional information so we could process your claim. To help get you back up and running as quickly as possible, we've also sent out a replacement solenoid. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the initial packing error and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We were notified of the missing remotes on July 7, investigated the issue immediately, and dispatched the missing items on July 9. Tracking details were then provided on July 10. We understand your comments regarding speaking to a live person. In this instance, however, we don't believe a phone call would have resulted in a quicker resolution, as we acted as soon as we were made aware of the issue and processed the replacement shipment as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and are pleased we were able to get the missing items to you.
