The product is great. There were no instructions for installing the winch. Which made it more difficult for someone doing it on their own.

Returning the item or connecting the customer service is horrible there is no way you can easily Connect customer service or online return your item you have to email something and then wait for the email to come back and then email again and then come back email that's pretty much is very hard job to return one item I prefer not to purchase it because I don't want to go through all those hard time to return one item which is I can do it very quick on amazon

Just received
I just received this winch from warrior. I have not yet mounted it however, all the parts seem to be of excellent quality very happy with the quick service and the quality of the item. I do like that you have two options to operate the winch. You have the wireless remote you have the wired remote. Be aware that you can only use one of these items at a time as they need to be wired directly to the contact, I missed that in the description.
They honored the warranty and now the winch works great
The Stealth 4500lb winch couldn't do for even a month what a 3200ld Warren winch from Cabela's did for almost 5 years. I submitted a warranty request a week ago and still haven't gotten a response. I did not receive an email from the support team. They may have called. They emailed after this review was submitted and promptly approved the warranty and sent replacement parts. The faulty part has been replaced and the winch works great. We are very happy with the product and the support team.

We ordered a total of 4 Wireless…
We ordered a total of 4 Wireless Remotes for the Warrior Winches that are used on the Ironbull Roll Off Bin Trailers. We paid for the 4, but intially only received one. We advised via the website that we were short, and did eventually get the other three shipped to us....Thank you for that. It would be great if there was a way to actually speak to a live person....just sayin.

We were notified of the missing remotes on July 7, investigated the issue immediately, and dispatched the missing items on July 9. Tracking details were then provided on July 10. We understand your comments regarding speaking to a live person. In this instance, however, we don't believe a phone call would have resulted in a quicker resolution, as we acted as soon as we were made aware of the issue and processed the replacement shipment as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and are pleased we were able to get the missing items to you.

Great product , fast delivery time.. The installation was a breeze. Haven’t used it yet but I know it will not disappoint. Love the two remotes provided.
Not a fan of the synthetic rope
Not a fan of the synthetic rope. I used it twice. Pulled two f250s on the trailer and rope looks almost melted. Only had it about 2 weeks mounted. Looks nices and has a nice hook.

We are very happy with the product. The winch is solid. It looks attractive and I’m very happy with that purchase. Even though tech-support or Call support is a little challenging when I was contacted I got great help and I really appreciate that. Good quality product.!would recommend
