synthetic rope orders
I ordered the synthetic rope. Needs better product referencing on the website. Or give the option to change the hook size. Seems the 22k can use either the 1/2” or 9/16’s size, but the hook that comes with the 1/2” is too small and the 9/16 rope is a bit overkill as well as the hook. I needed the 1/2” with yellow hook (not sure the dimension). But shipping was fast and orderly. Also, good communication was present; despite the lack of options and material knowledge.

Only sent one of two items ordered
Only sent one of two items ordered. Packing slip shows only 1 item sent of 2. But customer service won't offer refund for the item because they believe it was sent even tho I showed them their own packing slip. Poor customer service by email only. No phone number. Have to wait days for responses. Do not buy.

You’re 100% right. You caught a mistake on the packing slip that should have been seen immediately. To give you an update, you flagged this on Friday afternoon, and we had the missing mount packed and back out the door first thing Monday morning. It's on its way to you now via UPS Whilst this is a first for us, we have requested our warehouse review paperwork to make sure this doesnt happen again! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.

Bought Trojan for use in pulling trees
Bought Trojan for use in pulling trees, to mitigate fire danger. Will use for other activities as well. Out of the box, pretty cool, compact. Clevis pin on snatch block a bit inconvenient, we'll keep extras handy. Strapped to a tree, powered winch with a deep cell battery. Worked great! Can set up in places we can't get an excavator or UTV. Saw it first on Murphys Diesel. The winch performed flawlessly. We've told several friends and family about it.
Great product
The cable arrived on time and was exactly as ordered.
