when I thought the delivery was taking to long, it was amazing how Lauren stepped in and located the winch and got it delivered within one day after locating it.

Warrior Winches provided excellent customer service with order processed and winch shipped in a timely manner. Problem with the winch itself. Mounting challenge but no a major issues got it on with minor modifications. Winch worked as expected. Battery on ATV drained over night not sure why but installed a battery cutoff to winch and will keep/use winch as necessary. An inconvenient extra step but not the end of the world . Wireless remote is not useful and disconnected remote receiver and put back in the box. Manufacturers problem not Warrior Winches

Saw your product on U-Tube 'Murphy's Diesel' and thought I'd give it a try. Ordered online and received an immediate confirmation. About a week later I had not got a shipping date so I inquired online. Got quick followup with an explanation and apology. Received winch a few days later. Will order again as need arises.

I came across Warrior Winches while researching one to mount onto a flatbed trailer to haul farm equipment to a repair shop. I found Warrior Winches offered a higher pounds of pull vs other brands at a much better price. Ordering online was easy and painless. I received the items within a week. Also manufactured in this country while employing vets was a plus.
Shipped the following day
The OUT on both of my Remote Controls for my Stealth 4500 winch quit working. Warrior Winches had the replacement Remotes/Receiver in stock and shipped the next day. (unfortunately UPS took 5 days to deliver them, not Warriors fault). I was pleased with the pricing as well as they were In Stock.
