The winch is beyond excellent BUT there is no phone number for customer service.
Even to send a simple Email is the most complicated process where you have to request that right. Complete non sense. Get ready for frustration.

I have always been interested in Warrior Winch's and after watching the abuse they get from Murphys Diesel i knew it was a quality product. Price is awesome.
I'm not one to write reviews but I am very satisfied with the winch and at the mounting plates I had received everything arrived on time and the products were packaged very well most of all everything works great for what I'm using it for thank you.
It was very easy to find what I was lookin for a trackin it was easy. Havent had a chance to use it yet, but it’s installed on a single bale hay buggy.
I installed on a Honda rubicon, had to install upside down, thank you for adding direction of travel statement, would be nice to use handle bar install and remote instead of one or the other. In addition, I mounted block in front storage box, wires from winch to block were perfect, cables (long) block to battery were about 6 inches short. After electrical mods, all is perfect
My responsibility to quality control their products
Emails were responded to quickly, items were shipped quickly. Here’s the problem… after four years of service the winch no longer wanted to go in and out. I took it too a mechanic, and he found that the internal unit had melted together because the ground wire was loose, but because it had completely destroyed and melted away a washer he thinks it’s always been like that and just took a while to eventually destroy itself, my replacement came in the mail, my mechanic decided to pull it apart and inspect it just in case after he installed it and luckily he did because two of the components inside of the four were completely loose so I would’ve paid another $300 for another replacement in a couple of years, this is unsatisfactory regardless of how you look at it so I’m going to assume that they pay a subcontractor to put these things together that lacks quality control, but that’s still their fault. I constantly need to maintain a lot of equipment, but there is no excuse for disrespecting my hard earned money by not giving me a quality product.

When you acknowledged my order I asked for a tracking number. Never received one. I requested tracking a second time and was told it was delivered same day I asked for the tracking.
The gentleman over north America sales reached out to me when I inquired about replacement rollers for my 20k# winch. I can't remember his name...but he immediately addressed the issue and had me new rollers in my hand within 48 hours!!! Wonderful service!!!
