Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. You contacted us on August 4th, 2026, to report the email issue. We responded to you the same day clarifying that you have a Webador Lite subscription, which does not include an email service. After asking a clarifying question, in an attempt to help you resolve this, we received from you a confirmation that your email is in fact hosted with GoDaddy, not Webador. Because Webador does not host your email service, we're unfortunately not able to assist you with this issue, which is why our representative recommended contacting GoDaddy's support team. As GoDaddy is your email provider, they should be able to help you fix the issue you're experiencing. We hope that's resolved quickly, and we welcome you to get back to us if there's anything else we can help with. ^The Webador team
