Your team is doing a great job! Everyone responds very quickly and efficiently, which helps a lot, especially as a new customer who is also new to using your website and its tools. There are times when we’re not sure what to do or how to do certain things, and that’s when we really need quick answers and support. I received a bogus email
I received a bogus email, and it looked like it came from Webador, but I suspected it was a scam. I used their AI chat, sent copies of the email, and turned in a ticket number. Within 5 or 6 hours, they had responded back that it was indeed a scam. Other than the delay, the information they sent, the caring nature of their response, and the fact that they followed up on it, was very reassuring.
Do not know anything about website…
Do not know anything about website design, much less than the knowledge of eye appeal. Would suggest this setup for anyone really. The ability to have a website viewable and ready to run, from the moment of purchasing to people looking at the website in about an hour is wild. Made my brain go crazy with, how many websites I could deploy in a day...
I paid a lot of money to get a Website…
I paid a lot of money to get a Website that I can't publish. This site has circular logic unless you buy a bunch of crap. It's a money trap. I went to Google Sites and published my website for free in less than 30 minutes.

Had an issue with emails getting…
Had an issue with emails getting flagged as not authenticated. Website with Webador. Email hosted by another provider. I’ve never had the issue with the other provider and so started resolving by asking Webador. It took a week of one email a day, for Webador to tell me to check with the other provider. This issue is impacting my business. Terrible service

We responded to you the same day clarifying that you have a Webador Lite subscription, which does not include an email service. After asking a clarifying question, in an attempt to help you resolve this, we received from you a confirmation that your email is in fact hosted with GoDaddy, not Webador. Because Webador does not host your email service, we're unfortunately not able to assist you with this issue, which is why our representative recommended contacting GoDaddy's support team. As GoDaddy is your email provider, they should be able to help you fix the issue you're experiencing. We hope that's resolved quickly, and we welcome you to get back to us if there's anything else we can help with. ^The Webador team

I'm a new customer to Webador. There are limitations but the platform was fairly easy to navigate to build my new business website. However, the Support is questionable! Their chatbot, Webby, isn't always helpful and loves to signpost customers to knowledge articles. When I insisted for human intervention to resolve the domain issues I faced, the first agent responded exactly as the Webby chatobt did - bysignposting me to knowledge articles! But I sent three follow up emails insisting that an agent address the issue and thankfully, Sara did - and I'm most grateful! Thank you Sara! You restored some belief in Webador Support!
