Verification is triggered automatically by usage patterns (the targets you visit), not by how much time has passed or your refund eligibility. In fact, despite your purchase being outside the standard refund window, we have already issued a partial refund for your remaining service. We use Stripe Identity for this process, meaning Webshare does not store your sensitive documents. We understand that KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols can be frustrating, but they are essential for maintaining a high-quality, legal proxy network.
