Bandwidth caps and slow speeds killing my setup
Honestly, claiming "unlimited bandwidth" when you throttle connection speeds down to a crawling 20KB/s once fair usage hits is completely useless for running restock monitors. I tried scaling up my task threads for a drop, but half the proxies were basically dead and getting flagged for rate limits immediately. Look, their dashboard layout is fine, but if you need reliable low-latency subnets for high-volume setups, look elsewhere.

I gave this service more than one chance, and I regret it.
The first time I used it.. there was a major outage.. my proxies kept crashing.. then stopped working completely.. and i couldn't even access my dashboard.. support later admitted there had been a platform wide outage caused by an internal configuration change.. i lost hours waiting with no ETA.. Months later.. i decided to give them another chance.. instead of buying multiple proxies.. i purchased a single US proxy as a test.. within a short time it was automatically removed without a replacement.. i bought another one.. and exactly the same thing happened again.. The explanation i received was that the provider had deleted the proxy and there was nothing they could do.. meanwhile.. i had already paid for the service.. i was then told to allocate my proxy to another country.. even though i specifically purchased a US proxy.. that's not what i paid for.. Only after i repeatedly asked for a solution did support finally offer a refund.. Between the outages.. disappearing proxies.. confusing explanations.. and wasting my time troubleshooting issues that were entirely on their side.. i completely lost confidence in this service.. if you need reliable proxies for business or professional use.. my experience was the opposite.. i requested a refund and asked them to delete my account because i don't intend to use this service again..

I purchased these proxies to due a…
I purchased these proxies to do a simple backup from a API on product data open to the public. The apis was constantly getting banned and due to rate limit messages they suspended my service. I went with a competitor and they are way better - Update I requested a refund due to refusal of providing my ID and they have issued it and banned me because i refused. My review here is under threat of being removed due to not having invoice ID and yet again not wanting to provide all my information.

The Proxy Server plan uses datacenter proxies, which some APIs may detect and rate-limit more frequently. Static Residential proxies may have been better suited to this use case, although access to a specific API can never be guaranteed. Your account was also required to complete ID verification before continuing to use the service. We understand that you did not feel comfortable proceeding. Since the verification was declined, we could not keep the account active, a refund was issued accordingly, and the account was suspended in accordance with our Terms. The other review I left was removed by the moderation team at the request of these losers. Don't buy their proxies it's all lies and fluff you will get at Max 90 KB download speed everything they do is terrible and overpriced buy somewhere else.

The Free Plan includes shared datacenter proxies, so some websites may block or restrict certain IP addresses.
