i own a whatsapp bot that opens up hundreds other bots that uses people's whatsapp accounts. webshare gave me the best customizable proxy server plan, like its really custom that i feel like my money is very well spent. so far i havent gotten any major complaints from my clients that my bot is down, which means the proxies are working perfectly. the only downside that i would say is that they dont offer other bandwidth size other than 250, 1000, 5000, and unlimited gigabytes. a 500gb plan would've fit my needs perfectly.

Dashboard is very explanatory, their chat features and AI agent that actually helps, upgrading, cancelling is made super easy. I always come back to this service and I'm glad it exists. Proxies are top notch. I came back after 6 months and I had credits (which I didn't know I had) still waiting for me. Highly recommended (from someone who's tried a ton of proxy services)

Been using Webshare for over 2 years and it's been a solid choice. The proxy pool has grown significantly over this time — more countries available now than when I started. Speeds are consistently good. In the early days there were occasional downtimes, including issues fetching the proxy list, but I haven't experienced anything like that over the past year. Stable and dependable now. Would recommend.

Proxy is very affordable and good . and the support was good too . i got the full refund when i contacted them . the id verification is secured too, but i feel like it would have better if there was no id verification . Still over all Support is awesome , Proxy quality is awesome , and they are trusted

However, to prevent fraud and protect our network reputation, we require ID verification for users who access these specific sites frequently. Verification is triggered automatically by usage patterns (the targets you visit), not by how much time has passed or your refund eligibility. In fact, despite your purchase being outside the standard refund window, we have already issued a partial refund for your remaining service. We use Stripe Identity for this process, meaning Webshare does not store your sensitive documents. Positives: - Excellent support (Isaac in particular). When the self-service replacement system couldn't filter IPs by ASN + country combined, he made manual swaps multiple times to find a working pool configuration for my use case. - Honest about limitations and pricing (refund policy clearly explained). - Quick response times throughout. Limitations to know before purchasing: - The self-service replacement is "AS or country" only, not combined. Random allocation per replacement. - Their French pool currently has limited ASN diversity. AS30781 (Free Pro) was blocked by my target site at the ASN level (CF Error 1005), and one /24 in AS5511 (172.98.161.x) was blocked at the IP level. Only AS3356 (Level3) and one specific /24 in AS5511 worked for me. - Pre-purchase testing is on you — Webshare doesn't validate target site compatibility. Net: works well after manual support intervention. Would recommend if you can negotiate manual help when needed, or if your target site doesn't have aggressive ASN-level blocks.
