What they do well: Their proxy rotating feature works like a charm, and the speed is surprisingly stable for the price point. The free tier is also a fantastic way to test the service before committing. Constructive feedback: While the standard proxies are good, some IP ranges are occasionally flagged by strict target websites. Upgrading to their premium proxy pool solves this, but it would be great if the standard pool had slightly better IP hygiene. Overall, a solid 5-star service for budget-conscious developers!

Delivery the proxy very fast, I can change another IP easily. But sometime, the proxy status is running, but I can't use it. I can only use after I replaced the new IP. I don't know why.

I'd like to add to my review. I purchased proxy servers and used them for a while. Then the proxies stopped working, and I received a confirmation notification. After the process was complete, I received a message stating that my account had been verified and I could continue using the proxies. However, a few hours later, I received another message: my account had been blocked and was no longer accessible. Moreover, even after the verification was complete, I still couldn't use the proxy servers. I believe this company is fraudulently collecting users' biometric data and then blocking their accounts. This strongly resembles a scam. I do not recommend using their proxy servers. They likely sell this biometric data to third parties. The site's technical support directly informed me that they cannot resolve such issues, instead asking me to email them and resolve the issue myself. I emailed them, but they did not unblock my account. Despite the site's technical support promising to unblock the proxy servers after confirming my profile and allowing me to continue using them, I can only conclude one thing: I was scammed. If you're asked to confirm your profile on their site, don't do it. It's better to buy proxy servers elsewhere.

Unwritten policy deactivated a legal project and caused us real difficulties
We were scraping free, public data off a gov website at night on a weekend to cause as little load as possible on the site. They have an unwritten policy that requires ID verification despite this being publicly available information. They deactivated our account and we had to wait days to hear back. Now we need to wait another week to get the data. Customer services was not authorized to help.

I have canceled my subscription 1 month ago and they keep charging me for something that I do not use, now that I have deleted the account is still discounted. There is nowhere to send any mail asking for my card to be defilited, it is not possible to continue discounting when I DO NOT USE IT AND REMOVE MY CARD!

The company webshare.io deceives users.
I used the proxy of this company for several years, everything was fine, the support answered any questions on time, the price was adequate, the disadvantages being that a lot of proxy servers are blacklisted. But in June of this year, a message appeared in the profile settings that a profile verification was required, otherwise I could not use the profile. They explained this by saying that proxy servers send a lot of automatic requests to websites, but this is a problem with the service itself, I wrote about it in support back in 2023 and support could not help me with this issue. I tried to write to support to explain the situation that they have such servers, and I have nothing to do with it. They still require a KYC profile verification. I strongly advise against this company, their proxies are cheap, almost all are blacklisted and they also require profile verification. The company webshare.io It positions itself as a company that advocates for free Internet, but it barely turns out that way at all. I am very disappointed with this company webshare.io I will be looking for other proxy providers where they treat users more respectfully.
