To clarify, the “Skip the Queue” option is intended to prioritize your artwork in our design process, but it does not include faster shipping. While it helps ensure your order moves up in production, the delivery timeframe still depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We recognize that, regardless of this, your overall experience—with both delays and communication—fell short of what you should expect from us. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the expectations you had for such a meaningful portrait, and we completely understand how important it is to feel confident and happy with the final result. We always aim to be as transparent as possible about our process, and we’d like to clarify that all of our artworks are digitally created based on the photos provided by our customers. This information is included within our FAQs, where we explain that our portraits are designed digitally by our artists to closely resemble a traditional hand-painted piece. We’re also very sorry to hear that you did not receive or see the proof notifications sent during the review stage. Our system automatically sends proof emails and follow-up reminders before any automatic approval takes place, but we completely understand how frustrating it must feel if those notifications were missed and you didn’t have the opportunity to request the changes you wanted before production moved forward. Your feedback regarding the final result is something we take seriously, and we genuinely regret that the portrait did not meet your expectations. While our process allows for unlimited revisions during the proofing stage, we understand your concern that this opportunity was not completed in your case. We would still very much like the opportunity to help make this right. If you’re willing, please send us photos of the final framed portrait you received so our team can carefully review the concerns you’ve raised and look into possible next steps with you.
