Because we do not have direct control over the shipping carriers, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while the package is in transit. However, if you prefer not to wait any longer, we can gladly process a replacement order for you right away. Please note that if both the original and replacement packages arrive, we just ask that you refuse the extra delivery or return one of them to us.

We did notice you did not reach out to customer service to notify them of this issue, we do ask you email customer service with a photo of the item as well as photo of the lot number. This ensures they can better assist you as well as have a bin check preformed. Thank you
