Your order was placed on 5/22 after business hours. As noted on our website, we were closed for Memorial Day weekend, making 5/26 the first available processing and shipping day. The package was then delivered on 5/28, which is two business days from the first possible shipping date. We understand waiting for an order can be frustrating, but based on the order and delivery dates, the shipment was processed and delivered within the expected timeframe. Hello James, The address you provided here is NOT the address that you entered at checkout when the order was placed directly by you. The shipping address submitted with your order was on Lynn Lane in Newton, KS not Olathe, KS. We are able to update shipping addresses before an order ships if we are notified in time. However, we did not receive a request to change the address prior to shipment, no email, call or text , so the order was sent to the address you entered during checkout. We do ask customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping information before completing their purchase to help avoid issues like this. Please let us know if you have any questions.
