William, we apologize for what seems to be a poor experience with Western Equipment. If you wouldn't mind providing more feedback on what occurred, we would love the opportunity to right the wrong. At your convenience, please contact [email protected] to let us know more about your experience.

We are sorry for your negative experience with our company, Eates. While we do have stores in Oklahoma, we also have numerous locations in Texas as well as one in New Mexico, but we understand your concern. We do hope to have the opportunity to change your mind in the future, but in the meantime, we sincerely hope you enjoy your John Deere experience overall, regardless of the dealer you choose to purchase from. That is what is most important. Thank you for your feedback; we will take it into consideration.

Hi Kirk, that’s wonderful to hear. Thanks so much for leaving us a review. Hope to see you again in the near future!

Hey, Dave! Thanks for letting us know about your experience. We're glad to hear Sandra was able to help out. We'll be sure to pass on your great review!

We are very sorry to hear about your inconvenience and sincerely apologize for the mishap! If you do wish to return the paint, returns to our store are always 100% on us. We know that does not totally fix the issue, but we would be more than happy to send you a return label and refund your money at no charge. Please contact [email protected] and we can guarantee a response. Again, we apologize for the miscommunication.
